Description of Work: Mike is a very professional and personable realtor. He got all contract offers lined up and even met with contractors if I couldn't make appointment. The pictures used for listing are beautiful and everything was done quickly.

Description of Work: Mike Mulkey is a Realtor/Broker with Leonard Ryder Burr Real Estate on Stratford Road in Winston Salem. I want to start by saying he is one of the best people I've ever worked with. When my husband and I decided to relocate to Winston Salem towards the end of 2015 we began looking for houses on our own, as well as with our daughter, who lives in the area. We thought we had found a house, but when that deal fell through we felt we needed someone with more experience and expertise, so we found Mike, and after talking to him for a short time, we knew he was going to be an asset to us. We decided on a house and Mike's correspondence with us through the whole process went above and beyond our expectations. We began emailing and texting back and forth, as well as calling when necessary. Every question we had was answered in a very timely manner. Mike began talking to our loan officer as well as the sellers, so we were able to relax because we knew we were in good hands. When we wanted to look inside the house on a couple different occasions, Mike was able to get it set up for us, and met us at the house. He even offered some window treatment ideas, as well as providing reliable and trustworthy company names when we asked about it for fencing and flooring. Mike was at our closing and personally came by later in the day with a welcome to your new home gift, and to say he hoped everything was going okay with our move in. We can't thank Mike enough for his professional and caring attitude during our recent endeavor. Our daughter was very involved with us throughout our housing adventure, so in January 2016, when she decided to buy a house, she contacted Mike, and together they found the right house for her, and she plans to close February 25th. Description of Work: There were problems with the closing and Mike handle everything so well, told us not to worry that was what we were paying him to do and he did.

Description of Work: Mike helped our family find a home within our budget, that suited our needs and desired location. He facilitated the purchase process & was the first to shake our hands & congratulate us when we closed on the sale. He later followed up with us to see how we were transitioning into the new place.
