Description of Work: Replaced kitchen sink disposal and faucet.

Description of Work: We had drip in our kitchen ceiling, he traced it to were the drip was coming from. It was coming from our master bath. He replaced old fixtures. He had to drill a hole in to closet to fix the plumbing. He wasn't messy explained to us we wanted to do. And he replaced the panel neatly. He completely fixed the problem.

Description of Work: Fixed vibrating pipes. Installed sink in garage.

Description of Work: I had a water line that burst in my back yard. My yard was saturated with water and I had contacted a plumber prior to Michael Payne but the plumber wanted to charge me $100 per hour to try and locate the broken or burst line - then an additional $225.00 to fix the broken line. I asked the previous plumber how many hours would it take to locate the line in my yard and he was unable to provide a quote - stated it was hard to estimate since he was unsure where the line was located. Actually, I think he was just trying to price gouge me!!!! So I contacted Michael Payne from Angie's List and he came out to my home during the day he stated and he was on time!!! He provided me with 3 options. Option One: He could run a new line from the meter and then I would not have to worry about locating the broken line. Option Two: I could have him to try and locate the line in which he said he would estimate about 2 hours or less to locate and the cost to repair the line would be about $225 for an estimated total between $450 - $500 dollars. Option Three: I could have someone else to dig in my yard and find the broken line and he could come back and repair it for me. Of course we could not perform any digging until we contacted the approproate individual to come out to my home and mark the property for gas, electrical and communication lines. So I contacted the appropriate personnel to have my yard marked and guess what then my dad, family friend and I dug in my back yard and located the line within 30 mintues! It didn't take long to find the broken line because I already had an idea where it was located because I could see where the water was bubbling up when I turned on the water meter. Mr. Payne came back out that same day repaired the line for less than what he originally quoted me. He only charged me $150.00. Thank goodness for Michael Payne Plumbing! I was actually shocked that he charged me much less than what he originally quoted me which was $225 to repair. He is an honest and professional person! I would recommend him to anyone!
