They did a good job. Being a paraplegic, I've got a hot tub room that because of the disability when I use the hot tub it can get pretty grody and so they did that room. They did a second bedroom that I moved out of and into this other bedroom and they went in there and cleaned that up. I am debating right now whether I should sign up a long term contract with them, probably a year, or just do an ad hoc, when I need a couple of rooms done. Reason it is a B instead of an A is because the time allotted I think was 6 hours, so they only really got 3 rooms done. They did them thoroughly and had 3 people out here so I was impressed with that, but with 3 people working on it, the place was not a dump so they were kind of slow. They were very responsive. They were very responsive almost to the point of them being...I felt like I was talking to a salesman. That is alright. They knew were their line was and didn't cross the line and I wanted it done. They were very punctual.

It was awful. It started out after the first initial cleaning. My husband and I found some things that just were not done: dusting, cleaning of glass fixtures, trash cans not cleaned, outside glass door or patio door, just to name a few. We called the office to let them know that we were not satisfied with the service. so Walter said that he would send them back out to do what they called a re-do(lol) They arrive at our home late afternoon, half cleaned our house for the second time. Will never use their service again, and would not recommend them to anyone!!!!!

The service went well. Both ladies arrived promptly, introduced themselves, asked to see the house and then started working non stop until my home was spotless. They were professional, unobstrusive and polite at all times. They required no direction. They knew what they were doing and did it.

My house has 5 bedrooms and 5 full bathes. I wanted them to clean all my blinds and clean on the top of the kitchen cabinets, and if they had time to clean a few bathrooms. Then I would determine if I wanted them to come back weekly. They cleaned the cabinets on the top, but left all the dust and big chunks on the counter tops. They didn't clean the blinds in my guest bedroom. The whole guest part of the house, none of the blinds or windows were touched. I wanted them to clean all the blinds and windows. Most of the glass and wood surfaces were not cleaned, especially in my bathroom and my boys bathroom. The cleaning they did do, they did well, but they didn't do the entire job. They also left dirty rags all over the house.

We bought a nine year old neglected colonial brick home in Winston-SaIem. No furniture in it and anticipated a thorough cleaning. I was pleased when the three ladies arrived early at 8:30 am, but they began at 9 am. We were quoted $65.00 an hour and we explicitly told the gentleman taking the order the details of everything we wanted cleaned. Two more ladies arrived at noon, one departed shortly thereafter. So, four ladies working in this home, while my husband and I were cleaning the garage from top to bottom. I was pleased with the window sills and baseboard's cleanliness. The hardwood floor shined so beautifully, it looked brand new. (I need that product!) The kitchen cabinet exteriors were not cleaned, nor the white porcelain sink caulk surrounding it...It was a simple matter of using the Clorox Cleanup to achieve the new white appearance, for which I done myself and the cleaning of the kitchen cherry cabinets. The ladies made a prompt exit at 4 pm, and we were charged $750 for 7 hours...There were definitely two standout ladies that were doing an awesome job, and I know for which area they each cleaned. I entered the home routinely for various reasons and made note of what was being done by whom. I regret that the attempts to clean the kitchen tile grout was unrewarding. Obviously, not their fault...the original owner should have sealed the grout. All in all, I was pleased to get the majority of the house clean and presentable, so painting could take place much quicker.
