Contacted flooring dept to see if we could get the flooring they had installed 16 months ago (took them 2 times to get it right that time! . Was assured they could, flooring came no transitions even though we verified! we told either order a different floor or use a strip that didn't match (had been out of our home for 7 weeks back into a corner with no time left. All because someone didn't do their job tried talking to the manager Travis very rude store manager. Done a half way job ordering and verifying.. even after being reminded multiple times. It went pretty well.They did an excellent job. I went with a better fence than what they had in their store but they were able to get it. They price matched the best price I got. The contractor seemed like he knew what he was doing. It was a difficult installation because the land had a lot of slope to it so he had to be a little bit more skilled. It was about the best price I could get.

Installation went well. There were a couple of glitches, but they were handled quickly and efficiently. Very responsive.

They were professional and had a good selection of carpets. The employees were experienced in carpet installation.

They did a great job and the fence looks great as well.

Their price was a lot more reasonable than another company that we'd got a quote from. They came until everything was right and they did it one time. They did a good job. They were good to work with.

They were the lowest bidder. They were fantastic, I was thrilled with the fencing job, and their quote was great. Everyone else was over $2,000. They were professional, accurate, on time with the exception or weather delays, the fence looks great, and we are happy! I would definitely use them again and for other things.

After researching my carpet preferences, I opted to use Lowe's due to location. Also, they offered a good selection at a cheaper price. I am very satisfied with the quality of carpet.

WHEN THE WERE LAYING THE FLOOR, THEY DID NOT DO THE PREP WORK. THEY ENDED UP DOING THE FLOOR THREE TIMES IN A SIX MONTH PERIOD. THEN THEY WANTED TO CHARGE ME $1700 MORE TO DO THE STAIRS. WE DECIDED TO DO IT OURSELVES. THEIR PRICE WAS TOO HIGH.

The people from Lowes were very friendly. Lowes is very courteous to their customers and value them. Overall, the work was done well.

The company is excellent in working with customers. The company provided cement. In addition, Lowes gave a timeframe of when the work would be completed. I would use them again.
