For nearly 30 years, J.L. Williard Carpet Care has served customers throughout the greater Triad area. Over the years, Joe Williard, owner and operator, has been dedicated to providing each of his customers with friendly and reliable service. Ever since Joe s wife, Margaret, joined the company on a full time basis in 1999, we have affectionately referred to her as the CEO. When you schedule a job with us, it is easy to see why Margaret has been, and continues to be, the critical link in guaranteeing that your job is booked and completed with ease. Recently, the company has acquired Charles Williard, thus making J.L. Williard Carpet Care an official second generation family business. Charles joins us from the YMCA, with the goal of making sure we continue our commitment to providing customers with the highest standard of service for years to come.

Description of Work: My entire home needed professional carpet cleaning due partly from 2 puppies & a cat. It was a huge job addressing the stains left in every room but James Williard's company was able to remove every single stain & also used an odor remover throughout my entire house! |20 years ago I switched from other companies to Williard Carpet Care & now will not allow anyone else near my carpets. |I especially appreciate & admire this Christian company & all the volunteer work he has a heart to do. Sometimes he will even let one of these stories slip out ;)

I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE WAY THAT THE CARPETS LOOKED AFTER THEY GOT DONE. THEY TOOK THE TIME TO GET ALL THE CORNERS AND MADE SURE THAT ALL FURNITURE WAS OUT OF WAY BEFORE THEY DID THE CLEANING.

THEY ARE GREAT TO DEAL WITH. THEY ARE PLEASANT, FRIENDLY AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. THEY ALWAYS GET THE TROUBLE SPOTS OUT. THEY ARE VERY BUSY, SO YOU HAVE TO SET UP AN APPOINTMENT.
