Great work!

He was recommended to us by a trusted advisor who has worked with him before. Jeff came promptly and on time, and talked to us at length about various ideas and options that occured to him. His estimate was reasonable and included options. We decided to go with another contractor who was more focused on our type of job -- pure bathroom remodeling: tile, paint, etc., without major changes to walls and fixture locations. Jeff, as a builder, had interesting ideas about taking out walls and expanding the bathroom. Probably good ideas for another customer, but outside the scope of what we wanted. If we had decided to expand the bathroom we would have hired Jeff.

I requested an estimate on 1/16/12, Jeff came out that day and submitted an estimate that evening, with a start date of 1/19/12. He came out at the specified time with a helper and started work immediately. It took 5 days to complete the work of tearing out the damaged drywall in the garage and the bath that backed to the garage, repaired the studs, then replaced the drywall. Jeff put down drop cloths everywhere there was foot traffic. They had to come back several times to complete the work because the mud needed time to dry properly, and they cleaned up afterwards each day Then they had to sand the walls. Jeff brought a vacuum to eliminate much of the dust from sanding. I have never seen anyone as meticulous as I am doing a job. He sanded with a heavy duty light until there were no imperfections on the drywall. I am estatic with the results..considering the damage that was done.
