High Point Tree and Fence was only one of two companies I could find that had advertised expertise in fence installation and tree trimming. Mike and Jesse Beeson, and Joe Martin came to our home within two days of our call. They patiently walked my wife and me through different fencing options as well as two ways to trim the 6 trees. They listened to our needs, asked questions, and gave us ideas on how the tree trim and fencing would work together. The thing I was impressed was they helped design a solution, not just offer to cut trees and slap up a fence. They gave a very fair estimate (compared to another bid) within a week. In fact, we asked them for additional decorative fence ideas for other parts of the yard. They even gave us a bit of a volume discount for the additional work. The tree crew came out promptly after I okayed the estimate. They let me show them the exact branches which needed to be trimmed - so no surprises. Did the work in an hour. Thorough clean-up. Two days later PJ and his son put up the fences. They were very deliberative in working with me to understand where the exact locations of the fences should be erected. They were very helpful in explaining what they were doing and why. Bottom-line, we had a very positive experience working with them. It is always a bit of a gamble when working with a home/yard improvement company for the first time. They were creative, thorough, courteous, and cost effective for our expectations. After the I approved the quote, I did find that texting with Mike Beeson and team was more effective than telephone. Mike and other team members usually responded within 4 minutes after sending text messages. PS - Our yard needed to be surveyed to determine the correct property lines. They recommended Davis Martin Powell who prompted surveyed the property.

When I called him, he said he was not going to honor the deal and that it was a mistake. So I did not use the deal and got it refunded.

Overall, it went well. They do a good job. I thought the price was good and the quality was good.

Scheduled and met tree service company at agreed time. I showed them several trees that needed attention: One small tree to be removed. Low hanging limbs that needed to be cut at driveway. They gave a quote of $3000.00 to $5000.00! When I asked about the $200 of tree service for $99 they knew nothing about the offer. I just paid $3000 a year ago for three huge willow oaks removed and stumps removed. I thought they would at least remove the low limbs but they wanted nothing to do with that.

They did a good job and they were friendly. They cleaned up after themselves, but we did have an issue with the coupon that I purchased through Angie's List.

Provider put off appearing for two scheduled visits due to "equipment failure" issues, then showed up late for the appointment he finally kept. He told me that the "Fine Print" of the deal said there was a $400 minimum charge for any job, regardless of what the Angie's list deal said, but what I printed out had nothing of the kind on it. He told me to take it up with Angie's List and get a refund if I didn't like the terms and then had the nerve to give me a business card for referrals.

The owner, Mike came Sunday morning March 30 and marked the trees for cutting and the trees for trimming. On March 31, men and equipment arrived and the cutting and removal began. The work was completed on April 1 and all debris was removed. The owner came on April 4 and we walked down the work and I paid him. Mike then recommended a service to grind the stumps left over and offered to come back and cut one stump closer to the ground so the stump grinder could better handle the grinding. I was very pleased with the work and am glad to have a lot of the trees gone before they possibly fall on my house in the coming spring storms.

It turned out okay. It was much more expensive than I thought it would be for a smaller tree. Even including the deal my total was $600 for one small tree and it was in my front yard. That was pretty expensive for one small tree. Next time I will get pricing before I get a deal. I have to call him twice but once I got in touched with him he was fairly quick.

They came out and gave a quote. I wanted to get $200 of tree service for $99. They said that they would give me $200 off of their full quote, which was $3,000. They said that they wouldn't come out to do a job unless it were at least $500. Clearly what the Big Deal was described as, and what they thought they were offering, was inconsistent.

The provider was professional and honored a phone call to come to my home and provide an estimate for cutting five limbs off of an old oak tree. We chose not to use them because of finding an arborist who could provide more information regarding the tree.

Great job! And what timing...they took all the leaves from the yard with them too when they cleaned up the yard. So no more getting up leaves for me this year! It was an excellent job-trees were trimmed & shaped perfectly... not too much removed so that they looked shaved...but just the right amount so they still look like nice manicured trees. I have Bradford Pear trees which can look horrible if trimmed too much but this was just the right! They even explained to me the importance of keeping this type tree pruned regularly since they can be prone to wind or storm damage. Good information! They responded promptly to my call, came out quickly to give me a free estimate & were here just a few days later to perform the work in a professional manner. I was very pleased with this service & would highly recommend them.

They came when they said they would & stayed in contact with me on all aspects of the job. I was very pleased with their fencing work. I didn't use them for tree removal because of cost & I had someone else do that for me. The 2 installers were very polite & respectful & worked very efficiently. Owner stopped by several times to check on progress & kept me informed on a daily basis of any delays...one day one of the guys was sick so they didn't work that day but I was informed before their start time that day. I had gotten a quote from another local company & I told HP Fence that I'd like for them to do the work but they would have to match the price of the other company...which they did. They even added a small gate to my deck to keep my puppy contained on the deck after they were finished with the main part of the fence. I was pleased with the work & referred them to a neighbor who is having a fence put up right now. I had a problem with my dog trying to get out of the fenced area & he finally succeeded by pushing very h****** the gate door without a drop down pin in it-I don't know how in the world he didn't get stuck but he didn't. I called to ask if a drop down pin could be installed on the other door as a safeguard & it was installed the next day at no charge...that was so very nice & completely solved the problem. Very pleased with this company.

I found his service to be excellent. Just one problem I have been waiting for a bill from him. I need it and he seems to keep forgetting.

They were the lowest estimate I received and they did the job very quickly. From start to finish it only took them two afternoons. The fence is very high quality and is exactly what I wanted. Plus the owner and crew were really nice guys and very easy to work with.

BEESON DID A GOOD JOB, AND IT KEEPS MY DOG IN THE YARD. IT IS NICE TO HAVE THE PRIVACY FENCE, BECAUSE WE HAVE GOT NEIGHBORS ON EITHER SIDE OF US. THE FENCE LOOKS GREAT, ALL NICE AND LEVEL.
