While pricing was communication was great.

It was a very positive experience.

It took 3 weeks after signing our contract for them to show up. They never called, the customer service was horrible. After cutting down my tree they never returned to clean my yard or do the stump grinding. They broke MY wheel barrel they moved my furniture to my neighbors yard and drove their truck through my neighbors yard. All without communication. After my husband called to rectify the situation they became rude and argumentative and hung up on my husband twice!

Javon came out on the same day I inquired of his tree services to give an estimate. He gave me a very good quote on the work that needed to be done. I did not hire him because after speaking to my husband about another arborist's suggestion to keep the tree, we decided against the removal.

Golden Glove came out and gave me a quote over the phone. Was very professional. Negotiated a price. They did incredible work and ensured there was no damage to our yard since the tree was on the back of the property. On top of removing the tree as requested, they came back out to clear a path from some other smaller trees that were collateral damage. Would highly recommend to anyone. They were very prompt and made certain we were completely satisfied with the work done. My neighbors couldn't believe how fast it was taken care of in a professional manner.
