Description of Work: We wanted to get rid of ants. They sprayed, and the ants came back. We spent over 4 months trying to get rid of the ants. Finally, they were able to find the nest, spray it, and get rid of the ants!

Description of Work: Justin did the service call and got rid of/controlled my exterior ant problem on the first visit. I also treated for mosquitos, fleas, ticks, and the like. Justin was very good, friendly, answered questions, and showed an interest in the customer. Everyone with whom I spoke at Go-Forth was the same way. I purchased MyElitePlus in installments so the price above reflects what I pay over the course of the year or so and is my estimate, not theirs. I plan to also use their premium lawn service. I am new to the area and appreciate AL and a reliable new service.

On one occasion after heavy rains, they even came out to take care of the small "sugar" ants under the house while I was out of town. I re-upped for the 2011-12 season and do not intend to use another pest control company other than Go-Forth. They are excellent!
Description of Work: Sprayed externally home and garage for all pests including addressing a carpenter ant problem with a tree in my front yard.

 + -1 morePerfectly! The tech was super friendly, knowledgable, and professional. They arrived 15 minutes early and did not come to the door until the actual time they were scheduled to arrive. Very impressed by that. They were able to treat the Ant problem in our kitchen and answer my additional questions about saving my grape vines from beatles! I highly recommend contacting this company to treat your home for pests.
Description of Work: Go-Forth came out to our new home and performed an Exterior and Interior examination of the property. They then proceeded to treat the entire house and the Ant problem we had in our kitchen. We now have a contract with Go-Forth. They will come out every 3 months to treat our home. They charge $85 each visit and offer free service in between should any issues arise.

 + -1 moreWe have a contract with them, and then I found a couple ants in the bathroom. I called and they sent someone over that afternoon. He was very professional, treated outside and inside, and we haven't had any since. He also told us it might have been just because we put pine needles too close to the house. We really appreciated that he was interested in helping solve the problem, instead of just treating and leaving.

 + -1 moreWe really like this company. They are very professional, always on-time, and friendly. Whenever we have needed them to come respray, they have gone out of their way to get it done quickly.
Description of Work: We have used Go-Forth for a couple of years now. They come out 4 times a year and spray outside and inside (if we're home) for bugs. We have seen a couple of bugs inside between spraying, and they come and respray with no extra charge (we're on a yearly contract).

 + -1 moreTim arrived on time and examined the borer bee problem I had on my back deck. He sprayed where the bees were buzzing and explained that was all he could do; that I should put screening around wood or treat the wood myself with stain. He charged me nothing.
