Description of Work: Tom Boyles came out on April 11, 2013 to take measurements of the windows we wanted to have 3m film put on. He said he would be tied up with the Furniture Mart until April 20, 2013 but after that date he would get us an estimate. I phoned the week of April 22 to remind him of the quote, he said he would get it out to us right away. I sent him an e-mail the first week of May, no response. I phoned him on May 6, 2013, the call went to voice mail, and I did not get a reply. It is now May 7, 2013 and we still do not have a quote.

+ -1 moreAs a result of a break in and theft, I have been improving the security in my home. After seeing many video demonstrations of the security of specifically the 3M security film, I contacted Film Tek in High Point NC. The initial estimate appointment was prompt, concise, detailed, and on time. The installation was also prompt, and timely. The attention to detail was most impressive including customizing the film to my new French Doors with internal blinds. I believe they do other types of window film which is detailed on their website. I am very impressed.
Description of Work: Purchase and installation of 3M Ultra 150 Security film on the glass on all windows and doors.
