The company was a pleasure to work with. We were given samples initially to view in our home. Once we decided, the quote was quickly given and was accurate (no changes in mid process). The carpet was on back order, but we were immediately notified and given various alternatives. We stayed with the original order, waiting a few extra days (which was clearly communicated). The installers arrived on the day and time scheduled and looked over the job, asked questions, then went to work. They worked hard and the job was first quality, including a thorough clean up and haul away. We had a small glitch where a vent was covered, but someone quickly returned and corrected the problem. It was a very good experience and we'd recommend them to others seeking to find good price and quality installation for flooring needs.

They were very prompt, did an excellent job and thoroughly cleaned up afterwards. I would never use anyone else.

It went very well.I expected that I would have to come back to pick up the rug but they were able to do the work in about an hour. I want to replace the flooring in my kitchen and bathrooms and I will defiantly go to this vendor.

I would never recommend them. They are awful. The seams show, and when I called them about it, they told me it would be remedied by vacuuming. We had to have our floor replaced after they cut it with a band saw.
