Description of Work: Found company on Angies List and the ratings were all A's. I called them at 10:15am on a Sunday morning, they returned my call within 10 minutes. They were here 1 hour later and the problem was fixed. The fuse in my ac unit blew so I had no ac on a 100 degree day. This same thing happened last year so I informed the workers and they diagnosed the same issue this year. I did sign up for a service contract for a spring and fall service. They did not try to upsell me to a new unit and were very professional. Head technician was David, sorry I can't remember the name of his partner. Will use them in the future if and when I need to replace the unit. Very satisfied. The total cost included a service contract of $169.00

Great people.
Description of Work: I had a 2 year old heat pump serviced for the first time. Bryan was very professional and courteous. He explained everything he did and why he did it. He cleaned my filters and checked everything. I was very pleased with his professionalism and signed a contract for twice a year service. The $169.00 was actually for the first year which I thought was very reasonable. I am very pleased with Eanes.
