Description of Work: The technician was actually there at 8 am, which I requested. He was also extremely professional yet jovial. I may be signing a contract with them next year for an annual inspection.

Called Eanes Heating and A/C at 8AM the next morning, explained the circumstances and Eanes indicated they would fit us in about 3-4 PM that day. David from Eanes called to confirm and arrived about 3:30PM. He was very professional in his approach, showed me exactly what occurred-the capacitor had blown-replaced the defective one, cleaned the unit and flushed the line. David was courteous the entire time he was here and said overall the unit was still in good working condition. Bottom line; he was honest, straight forward and did his job in a very professional manner. I would highly recommend them and will use Eanes Heating and A/C going forward.

Description of Work: Eans did a wonderful job on my HVAC system. The Tech was on time and the repair was very quick. The Tech identified the issues already had the part on his van so repair happened same day. I was defiantly use Eans again.

Had to come back the next day with the part, and he called to let me know he would be late. Charge was exactly what he estimated it would be. Will use again, if needed!

Description of Work: I contacted the provider to give me an estimate for a new gas furnace and heating unit. The gentleman came to the appointment and was very nice and professional. He stated he would email me the estimate that afternoon. A week later still never received the estimate so I called on 2/17/14 and left the gentleman a voicemail that I did not get the estimate and would he email again or call me. I have still never recieved the estimate or a follow up phone call. I am now using another company and refust to chase a contractor down for an estimate when I am spending almost $8,000 on a new system.

Description of Work: Replaced furnace filter, oil and greased furnace parts. Made sure the thermostate was working correctly. Did everything the service called for.

Description of Work: AC quit cooling. Called and they were out the same afternoon. Very helpful and gave me alot of information on what kind of filter would work best for me. Explained what part had gone out and gave me information on a yearly service that I am definitely going to call on that would have saved me money. Overall a great experience.

Description of Work: Found company on Angies List and the ratings were all A's. I called them at 10:15am on a Sunday morning, they returned my call within 10 minutes. They were here 1 hour later and the problem was fixed. The fuse in my ac unit blew so I had no ac on a 100 degree day. This same thing happened last year so I informed the workers and they diagnosed the same issue this year. I did sign up for a service contract for a spring and fall service. They did not try to upsell me to a new unit and were very professional. Head technician was David, sorry I can't remember the name of his partner. Will use them in the future if and when I need to replace the unit. Very satisfied. The total cost included a service contract of $169.00

Description of Work: I had a 2 year old heat pump serviced for the first time. Bryan was very professional and courteous. He explained everything he did and why he did it. He cleaned my filters and checked everything. I was very pleased with his professionalism and signed a contract for twice a year service. The $169.00 was actually for the first year which I thought was very reasonable. I am very pleased with Eanes.
