Description of Work: They came out on a weekend night to fix the unit. I called that afternoon and they stayed in contact with me until he could get there. He had us up and running again within an hour. Very pleased

Description of Work: I called them to take a look at my heat pump. I had heard a loud banging in it and then noticed my air was not working correctly. They came out and checked everything, but found nothing really wrong with the unit. The service person went under the house and noticed the duct work is in great need of repair and that could be the cause of the cooling and high electric bill problems. He turned my unit back on and it has been cooling the house ever since. We left it that if I heard a noise again in the unit and it stopped cooling, I would call them back. He was very nice, professional and took a lot of time trying to figure out what was wrong. I would highly reccomend them to anyone.

Description of Work: They replaced the blower motor. They were punctual, professional and knowledgeable. We were relieved that we didn't have to replace our whole system

Description of Work: I did not used them. There was quote was very high and the sales man was trying to convince me how he was giving me such a good deal. Said he was throwing extras at no charge and the price should be anther $1000 dollars higher.

Description of Work: Eanes installed a replacement Carrier Gas-Pack for our first floor. The installation went well although, they had to do a considerable amount of custom sheet metal work in order to adapt to the previously used inlet and outlets into our crawlspace duct work. The work was well done. The punctuality rating was caused by a delay they had in getting here in the a.m.,which was caused by some issue.

Description of Work: He did nothing that I had not already done - no tune up accomplished and only did one of two systems and said they call and reschedule and still not heard a word from them. Getting a different contractor.

Description of Work: These guys were on time and fully professional. I used them for a new service contract for one year, and this was my "fall" tuneup. Two days later, I had a minor leak. They were here quickly, figured it out, and even though they hadn't done THAT part of my tuneup, it was still covered. I strayed away from Eanes a few years ago (using a Living Social deal) and now I'm back to stay. |Dealing with the Greensboro office is always easy. Polite and knowledgeable people.

Description of Work: We had a plumbing leak that filled our ducts with water. I called them to look at my issue and give me a quote for the cost of repairs. I left a message and when they called backed I described my problem. They said that they would check to see when they could come out and look at what I had. I never heard back. I left 3 more messages that were never returned. I gave up and moved on to another provider. They may do great work - I wouldn't know. My business wasn't important enough to warrant a call back.

Description of Work: THEY CHECKED OUT MY FURNACE AND FOUND A CRACKED COMBUSTION CHAMBER, WHICH IS HAZARDOUS AND MEANT THE FURNACE HAD TO BE REPLACED. THEY SHOWED ME THE |CRACK WHICH VALIDATED THE NEED. THIS WAS NOTHING THAT COULD HAVE BEEN DONE |BY THEM TO DRUM UP BUSINESS OR ANYTHING. NO ISSUES HERE, GOOD PROVIDER.
