Description of Work: Came late to give an estimate on converting a propane furnace, which I bought from them, to natural gas. Promised to get me a written estimate, and never provided it. Two followup phone calls, and promises to call me back, but they never returned my calls. This company not only installed my furnance, but I also bought two air conditioning units from them, After spending close to $10,000 with them over the last few years, I expected better treatment. Something has changed particularly in the High Point office.

Thank you for your feedback. The installation manager and service manager were in contact with the homeowners including a home visit. They followed up with a price to make the conversion. Customer service is very important to us and we regret you have not been satisfied. Based on the review there seems to be some miscommunication. Description of Work: Called Eanes to replace 20 year old heat pump. Kevin was my salesman and was very helpful and answered all of my questions. He was also very low-pressure and not pushy at all, which was a huge plus. I was able to get the system installed the following Monday. The teams arrived as scheduled and installed the system correctly, and it's working great!

We talked with the customer. He was very happy with the technician and our service. He gave poor marks due to our flat rate pricing system which gives the total price before the repair so the customer knows what it will cost. It is not based on how long it takes the technician. He wanted the price broken down by labor and parts which the flat rate book does not do. We did send him a new invoice with parts and labor broken down. Customer service is very important to us and we strive to have the most wonderful experience for the customer and we believe having the price pre-printed so the customer can know before hand helps accomplish this goal.
