I made an appointment and took time out of my schedule to be home. No one showed so I called and made a second appointment. This time they showed within the arranged time frame.

Everything went smooth as silk. They were very professional.

They were very overpriced with the quotes.

Thank goodness for safety shut-off device, originally installed by this company! Overflow pan was full. Kris emptied the pan and service the system. He also thoroughly cleaned our other system as part of our annual service plan. I recommend Eanes-- and Kris!

They provided options, information and answered questions for me to decide to fix or replace. I chose to replace with a new unit instead of kicking the can down the road on an older unit. The installation of the new unit (Carrier, 1.5 Ton 14 SEER AC/Heat-Pump) was flawless. The team arrived on time, were professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend EANES without hesitation.

I don't know if I will use them again. I had a little trouble with them on the gas fireplace installation. They left the area clean once the work was completed. When they came out to do the maintenance check, they were here about a half an hour. They were recommended to me by someone when I moved into my new home six years ago. I've only had those two things done.

could not have been worse!! job uncompleted and not ONE person has contacted us, in five days, as to when the job will be completed! Disrespected our home. Found our attic insulation hanging in the vents in upstair's rooms!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! NEVER ---------WOULD NOT RECOMMEND EANES!!!!!!!!!! EANES have their $$ and we are left hanging!!

It was a prepaid service agreement. One person came out to do the furnace checkup. It took one hour to complete it. They left the area as it was, clean.

Over the past 18 months Eanes has replaced two HVAC units for us. They are always courteous and responsive. We have a boiler/Radiant Heat system which is completely separate from The AC system. Both new AC installs have been quite challenging as the boiler mechanics seem to always get in the way. This time, what should have been a 1-day job has become a 6 day job which has ended with sending out a dry wall guy to fix the hole they made in order to run a new electrical wire to the boiler (not part of the AC install, but something they ran into during the hook up of the AC). They have taken this all in stride, remained calm, committed and professional at no extra cost to us. Wow! Awesome customer service!

I always have Eanes Heating And Air Conditioning, I have had them for years. They come and do a service for heating and cooling.I have a contract for maintenance and they are very good. Eanes is on maintenance, are great. They come twice a year. It is excellent service. I have had them for a few years.

I found the customer service and professionalism to be lacking in the gas heating section. I have used their HVAC services for years. Very little in the way in customer service. The main person responsible for installation would not return phone calls. Had to escalate information requests before I could get action. The best thing I could say is that the installation was completed on time. The installation was begun in June. I told Eanes that I did not need the gas logs until September. They finished at the end of August. Professionalism in doubt. (1) the installation did not pass county inspection and work had to be redone. (2) Twice the gas meter could not be installed after inspections by the gas company. Not happy. I requested Eanes to reduce the cost due inconvenience and aggravation. They REFUSED. Coincidentally, the next month, my credit score dropped 100 points. However, I did delay a month on the final payment.

I have been using Eanes for 8 years now for annual service contract. They always show up on time and seem to do quality work. They seem to be honest and dependable.

Attention to detail I had a problem with. Left some dampers open. They were right in the range for price with everybody else. I would use them again but keep a closer eye on them.
