Description of Work: THIS COMPANY COMES OUT TWICE A YEAR TO CHECK OUT OUR HEATING SYSTEM. THEY DO A GENERAL CHECK OF THE FURNACE AND IF NEEDED DO ANY REPAIRS. THEY CLEAN OUT THE DUCTS, CHANGE FILTERS AND GENERAL MAINTENANCE.
