We had gotten several estimates on the work and it came down to two companys - we needed the work started and finished the week before Christmas and decided on Eanes because they could start on Monday the 19th. It took several days to complete the installation due to inspections, gas hook-up, electrical work (E-wire) that we were having done, etc. and yet they hung with the job until it was completed, working with everyone else's schedule. We are very pleased with Eanes and particularly with Keith Purgason who came out to give us the initial estimate and was present when work began and available any time during the process. He answered our questions and was very patient with us as we worked through all the details and other estimates we had received while making this huge decision.

We have only been in our home since May and we don't know what the previous owner has or has not done. He checked the heater and added 2 pounds of freon. A few days later, we noticed the tempurature was extremely low despite the thermostat being set at the correct tempurature. We called him back and he came back to the house and found that there were a few other things going on with the heater. He fixed the issue stayed very late into the night to make sure the unit was working correctly, and did not charge me at all for this follow-up visit! I will absolutely be using this company again, I was so impressed with their services!

The EANES associate actually arrived a half-hour early and found himself apologizing because we weren't dressed for his visit. We had been led to believe by another company that we should replace our furnace and air conditioning unit. The EANES associate reminded us of a warranty which should still be in effect on our heat exchanger for almost another two years (minus labor) and told us that any other repairs would be minor. However, if we decided to move ahead with replacing our air equipment, he also gave us an estimate which was $2,000 less than that of "the other company's rep's," thereby leaving us feeling as though we were not cornered into a new purchase. The EANES associate also took cell phone pictures of problems with air ducts in the attic and told us that EANES could address those problems for under $30. He also advised us to visit Lowes Home Improvement to purchase a $25 carbon monoxide detector since our heater is a gas heater. He also removed cloth from around the water heater fluke. He treated us so well that I shoved refreshments into his hand as he was leaving. His visit relieved us of a lot of pressure. He would absolutely be a welcome sight anytime!

They come out every summer and winter to service it. The last time they were here was in the beginning of summer. We have a service contract with them. They are great. I love them. They are very reasonable because I did comparison calling. Their quality of work is very satisfactory.

I have used them before too. They are pretty prompt in their service calls. They are fine, but I don't really have any opinion about them.

Person answering the phone @ store was not helpful @ all. There was no one to talk to about products that were available including prices. I was told to call a salesmans cell phone, msg. left & not returned for several days. I next decided to go to the store in High Point. It was a complete waste of time. No sales person to assist with questions on products. I even made sure I did not go during lunch so I could speak with a sales person. I almost asked to speak with manager or owner, decided not to waste my time. Instead I kept investingating other businesses to get my gas logs from. 100% satisfied with the company I chose!

From the estimate to the final inspection I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I pride myself on being a perfectionist and therefore did a lot of home work before hiring Eanes. Everything they said they did. I enjoyed working with everyone in this company. The receptionist, the financing, the installation, inspection and clean-up. There was not a stone left unturned. As I stated I am a perfectionist and I got the very best for my money.

I got quotes from 5 different companies and Eanes was the lowest. I couldn't be happier with the job and with the customer service. They are an excellent company and I wouldn't hesitate to refer my friends to them.

They have been simply outstanding. Professional, punctual, willing to get creative to find the most cost effective solution. Very collaborative on jobs - I've always felt we were working together rather than being "sold". My wife and I both have engineering degrees, so we understand the theory and technology behind HVAC. Never once have I felt like Eanes was anything but honest, open and extremely capable. I won't use anyone else.

After our home's 30 year old heat pump systems went out, we were faced with the tough decision of having to replace 2 systems (one for upstairs, one for down). We shopped around and talked to our home warranty company. After having our claim denied by the warranty company, we went back to Eanes, who had given us an estimate that was about $2,000 less than a competitor, and were selling a brand name we were familiar with (Carrier). Mike Frazier was our salesman, very low key, very professional, and it was always a pleasure to talk with him. He pointed out to us several rebates we would qualify for, which helped to ease the financial burden. We scheduled the work around the 1st of June, and got an appointment to install for 1 week later. The servicemen came and removed the old system and installed the new one in the morning. They were followed by an electricical subcontractor, and then in the afternoon another Eanes technician to do the start-up procedure. That evening, we had cool air for the first time in a month! The start-up technician also charged up our downstairs unit (which we decided not to replace immediately) with freon, and it has continued to provide us cool air throughout the summer. We had a small initial problem within the first week of the new unit not coming on in the late evening (the hottest part of the day) but Eanes sent out a tech to fix it (freon pressure was a little high, easily fixed) and the system has run trouble free since. We are very happy with the new unit, and after shopping around feel like we got the best deal we could on our new system. There were no hidden charges, not even for the freon in the downstairs unit, and we paid exactly what we were quoted. We will definately go back to Eanes when the downstairs unit finally gives out.

They were extremely professional from the beginning estimate to the end of the job. They went out of their way to coordinate activities between their installation, the electrician and the drywaller. This was one of the easiest contracts I've ever experienced!

We have a contract with them for maintenance. We have used them for 13 years and always had good service. They come on time and explain what they are doing and why they are doing it. They have never had to come back to fix something they have done. They try to send the same technician and they have always been very good. I think their price is competitive. They make suggestions on things we might want to do or not to. You feel good about talking to them. He takes his shoes off when he comes in.

My husband said the gentleman was nice and seemed honest. There wasn't much to do, I don't think, but crawl under the house and put the vent back on. My husband is too old to crawl under the house. It IS a definite crawl space without much room to move. We must be out of the loop about the price of services--we both thought it was a little much for the work done. We would probably call him again but get a better idea of what would need to spend. Overall, we like the company.

Representative very professional and extremely thorough; asked a lot of questions regarding my expectations, budget, etc. Said he would e-mail proposal within 2 days. Gave me 2 estimates that were way out of my budget, but I will say the estimate was probably very fair and would have provided me with the ultimate in product and value.

A sales representative from this company came to do an estimate on installing a new system. He told me that I didn't need a new unit; just a tune-up and service on the existing one. A service call was scheduled, and the service rep was on time and appeared very knowledgeable. He performed the required work, and gave requested advice on how to get the best use of the heating unit. I will hire this company again.

Called to say he was running ahead of time. Got here early. Quickly found problem. Replaced the part, and checked to make sure it solved the problem. Mr. McGraw was very professional and effiecient. Thought the price was a little high for amount of time on job, considering part was under warranty.
