It was extremely easy to set up the appointment. I had to call right back to reschedule, and it was handled in such a friendly manner. The technician arrived promptly and went right to work. The technician was friendly, quite well informed, and neat.The unit purred throughout the scorching summer we had here. I would call/recommend this company 'in a heartbeat'!

The person who came to give the estimate was excellent and very thorough. The work turned out well. They did everything on time, were courteous, and cleaned up well. They are also doing all the paperwork for a rebate I'm getting. I would recommend.

Everything was great. I called and got a quick appointment. The day of the apointment it was raining and the office called to give me the option of rescheduling or keeping the appointment. The lady explained the technician usually checks vends under the house but would not be albe to with it raining. I was given the option of rescheduling to get a more thorough inspection. Of course, I rescheduled. I was given another quick appointmet. They were great to work with my work schedule. The technician was very thorough and knowledgable. I feel like he spent a long time checking and servicing my unit. He was very courteous and helpful. I highly recommend Eanes to anyone. I will definitely call them if I have a repair issue and for my annual service next year. Thanks Eanes for a great job!!

I called the High Point office and was transfered to the Greensboro office. I was then told that I was out of the area. They did not service my area.

The technician arrived on time, checked both units, added refrigerant to one system and replaced the filter in one system. It was a very good experience.

i have never had a tune-up like this before where the company did not come prepared to replace the filters in the two air units; was told one was clean and expected me to provide the filter for the other! except for that service was satisfactory.

Great - would use again if can get a good deal

The serviceman came on time and he gave good advices, but he didnt reassemble the AC unit properly. So, The fan stopped working after a month as one of the cords got loose and interfered with the fan movement. I had to call another service to fix it and that costed me more money than a tune-up.

I called Eanes around 8:00 AM when I noticed my A/C stopped cooling the prior evening. They were able to have someone to my house by 10:00 AM. The technician was prompt, friendly and professional. While it was determined that my problem was likely due to a clogged air filter having lead to a frozen coil, I did ask the technician to do a thorough inspection of my unit since it hadn't had any preventative maintanance in several years. He did recommend a new capacitor and one additional part, there was no high pressure sales/push to get it done that day but I did go ahead and have the parts replaced and so far so good.

Our overall experience with Eanes was great and everyone I interacted with represented the company in a professional manner. We actually had an experience with four individuals on three separate occasions over the past month. The first experience was a service call to inspect our upstairs system. The temperature was not falling below 82 degrees on the hottest of days until well into the evening. The service tech came out as scheduled and looked at the unit outside and then into the attic to inspect the blower. He stated the unit was working as it should be. He then explained that we might benefit from an additional return upstairs and another vent installed downstairs in the hallway to assist with airflow. We then worked with Mark to quote the return/register work suggested by the service tech. Mark came out as scheduled and spent 1 hour 15 minutes thoroughly inspecting the upstairs and downstairs systems. He worked through the attic, through the outside units, through the crawl space to make sure he had a good picture of the entire system. Mark discovered an existing return that had never been made operational on the first floor and a section of flex under the house that had possible water within the duct work. His recommendations were to add an additional return upstairs, open the return downstairs, rework some duct work under the house and add an additional register in the hallway. The two service techs who came out to install everything were great. They left no mess, were courteous and respectful of my home and worked quickly and efficiently. After 2 weeks, I would say the work has improved the comfort level in the front of the home and upstairs. While the upstairs unit still runs most of the day during very warm weather, the temp has only climbed to 78 rather than 82. Mark put it quite simply. My units were working well but there was not enough return for either system to work as well as it could. Adding additional return volume has increased the airflow in the whole house. The blower can only blow out what it sucks in. Overall, a great experience. We will use them in the future.

They were very good. I liked how they worked and it only took about a day. I was very satisfied.

They did exactly what they said they would do and were on time and very nice and kept me updated on what they were doing. The only person that was not on time was the electrician and he was contracted out, but the other guys stayed here until he did arrive and made sure everything was completed.

Overall, things went fine. Have no complaints.

Eanes serviceman Brian showed up ON TIME and started the job immediately. Having been an engineer in the US Navy, I have a very good understanding of ac systems. This guy was not only very professional, he had the latest meters, gauges and equipment to do the inspection/repair properly. Why did I call EANES this time when I hadn't used them before? According to Angie's list the company I had used in the past was not graded very highly. They also never reached out to

First time I used Eanes for annual service. The service technician was friendly and professional. He arrived toward the end of the appointment time. He went over both systems with a fine tooth comb and explained where I might have trouble in the future. It took him over 1-hour to complete the work which in my mind was a good thing because he was actually doing something :). He cleaned and check both systems to the point where he sprayed out the grime built up in the coils in the outside compressors. I never had a service tune-up and saw the tech do that. Often I feel I'm not getting my money's worth from seasonal system tune-ups but that was not the case with this company. They are who I will go to in the future.

The deal worked out well. They were on time. They informed me about what they were looking for and what they found wrong and the corrective action that needed to be done. They were very good. Their quality was very good.

They were prompt and did exactly what they came to do. They were professional and once I contacted them, they were quick to set up the appointment.

Eanes came out on short notice at NO CHARGE to give me a second opinion. My yearly preventative service call was about to turn into a $6000.00 upgrade of both furnaces for which none was needed. They found aged units which will have to be done at some point but nothing acutely wrong. I would recommend this company and it's integrity any day if the week.

They honored the warranty that expired a couple days earlier. They are great. We have had several other companies over the years, and they are the best we have ever had. They are real knowledgeable about what it takes to heat and cool your home.
