Eanes Heating And Air Conditioning actually worked well. I used the big deal this year. There was no additional charges. They were great. They were prompt and they did the work well. I have all positive things to say about them.

Bryan arrived on time and did all the service and inspections he was supposed to. I felt bad because at our offices we had more systems than he was told and he was working hard to stay on schedule. Despite it all, he stayed very nice to us and he kept in contact with the other appointments he had so they wouldn't be sitting there wondering where he was. At our home, he immediately caught some dangers on our upstairs of A/C system and explained to us (as well as showed us) the problem. (Our past HVAC company did not do proper follow up service calls -- one reason why we found someone else). We needed a quote and he was able to get that in just a few minutes. The quote was well in reason & we're moving forward with the repairs.

It went outstandingly well. Bryan Minish is unquestionably the best AC service tech we have ever had!

The serviceman was early and informed me about poor installation of our HVAC unit which was done by another company. He also told me that a permit and inspection was supposed to have been done which I had not known. Thanks to their knowledgeable and customer service oriented repairman, I found out about the true condition of our HVAC unit.

A serious problem was identified during a seasonal inspection in early February by the folks at Eanes. I got three bids on the work they recommended and they got the job hands down! The installation team showed up on time and went right to work. Once the new furnace and AC were installed. Another technician reviewed the system with me. I am very pleased with their work and courtesy across the entire process. I gladly recommend Eanes to all my friends!

It went very well. they were polite and punctual. they didn't assume anything and only did what I asked, which was to put in a new furnace filter. They called to make the appointment, showed up on time and were professional. I had questions about my fireplace and they were very thoughtful in answering all my questions.

I contacted Eanes to give me a second estimate on a property I was under contract with and, after having to cancel based on my realtors schedule, they finally were able to come out and give a much more reasonable estimate. Angie was very patient with all my emails to her when trying to coordinate schedules! The estimate they gave was $200 cheaper than the first estimate and based on the reviews here there was no second-guessing on who I should chose to do the work. David came out and did the work with no issues or problems. Eanes is certainly reliable and trustworthy and I will use them should the need arise in the future!

The annual Spring maintenance visit by David was was done in a very professional, courteous and timely manner. David Thornburg performed the Spring maaintenance on our 3 heating and cooling sytgems in our home. He arrived early (which I like a lot). He has serviced our HVAC systems before, and he always does an outstanding job. Today, he found our downswtgairs AC system was low on Puron, and so he added 1 lb. He also fixed the upstairs thermostat which was not working properly to turn on the AC sytem. He replaced all filters except the upstairs in-line main duct filter (which gets changed once a year in the Fall). After he completed the job, he reviewed the work done with me, and we discussed the Fall maintenace viist. If you need HVAC srevice and repair, I highly recommend David Thornburg and Eanes Htg and Cooling.

all systems were good it took about an hour in and out. Very satisfied.

they responded within the same day that i called. the service specialist arrived on time and was neat and courteous, he explained everything that he did, the only problem he had was that he did not have the correct part on his truck to replace a defective part on my furnace.( he returned within one hour with the correct part.)

When they first came out, they said our heating and AC was old, but it was good quality when it was put in. He sold me a small part for $60 to make it last a few more years rather then pushing the new unit on me. They are very honest and decent. We bought a one year service plan with them and they came out again in November to service our unit. They took the time to answer questions, and again, were not pushy about selling new products. They are very helpful and I would highly recommend them.

The technician immediately knew what was wrong. He located the part at a supply house, picked it up and quickly installed it. All this was done on a stormy day.

The service man called and then arrived earlier than the scheduled time, which worked great for me. He inspected the air handler (?) inside, thermostat, filter, and compressor (?) outside. He explained the positives and negatives of my current heating system in terms I could understand. He was professional and thorough. I had a coupon from the Eanes website for $79.99 ,which is what I was charged.

They were really good. They are all over the place here. They did a great job and the building inspector said it was one of the best installations he had seen. I like the quality of the work the most. They were reasonably priced and the quality of the work was excellent.

Called about 2:pm and said he was on the way, arrived about 30 min. later, and we went to the furnace to be serviced. Talked about how old unit was, said every thing was in great working condition after checking the unit. Seemed to be thourough, it took 40 minutes to do the service . ,

As in most cases, Angie's list service providers are a come on. You get charged way more than advertised. This is my second or third bad experience.

They send the same guy everytime, is on time, dependable, and honest. Their fees are also very competitive.

I do not recall the date or price, but I do remember how pleased we were with the exceptional service. The technician was on time, professional, and took the time to make sure we understood the problem and how to avoid it in the future.

Used an Angie's list coupon for a heat pump tune-up. The service technician arrived on time, was friendly and professional and explained everything he was doing. We were so pleased with the service that we have signed up for a service agreement with them.

It was a positive experience from the first phone contact through completion. The receptionist took my information and allowed me to email her pictures of what needed to be done. The technician was clearly prepared to do his work on arrival as he had the print out with him.
