Debbie has been cleaning our house every 2 weeks since 2008, and we have been very satisfied with her performance. She uses all natural cleaning products (lemon juice, baking soda) and Shaklee products, and brings her own towels. Everything sparkles and smells fresh when she is done. She is particularly effective in the kitchen and bathrooms, wiping everything dry after cleaning. She is trustworthy, conscientious, and very caring. She always calls or emails to confirm appointment times or to notify us if she's running late. She is excellent, and I couldn't be happier.

Debbie is a terrible, unreliable contractor. After working with us for 2 years, she reneged on her commitment to clean our house on the day before Thanksgiving - after agreeing to work as late as that morning, leaving us in a horrible bind. Debbie was consistently late for her cleaning appts, extremely slow, and spent much of her time on her cellphone while in our house. Debbie would frequently take up to 8 hours to clean approximately 2500 sq. ft! Debbie never took the initiative to clean anything except what she viewed as her job, routinely neglecting baseboards, our 2nd floor living area, closet floors, trash and many, many other basic tasks. Her rates varied wildly, and were often at odds with previous promises to us. I've had the opportunity to work with many capable and motivated housekeepers throughout the country, Debbie is by far the worst I have ever worked with. If you want inconstent rates, no initiative, 8 hour cleanings, and your contractor on the cellphone all day, by all means hire Debbie. If you want a clean house, consistent rates, quick and thorough cleaning and dependability, look elsewhere. 'Debbie's Dependable Cleaning' couldn't be further from the truth!

She is very professional. She uses natural products so she's very conscious of the environmental effects. She is very thorough in her work and does a good job.
