I just want to say I was really impressed with Andy. He got the job done right. He removed all my grass clippings from my yard and was a quick and accurate worker. His prices are a little higher but you get what you pay for as far as I am concerned. He is just great overall.

The owner of the property next to mine contracted with Davis Tree service to top and clean up two large oak trees. The trees had numerous large limbs hanging over my property. While doing the topping, many small limbs, and some large limbs fell into my yard, one fell on my chain-link fence; bending the top rail. Another, fell on the edge of my eave; damaging my gutter. After many attempts to talk to the owner: Tim Davis, I have never got a return call. Now; Trish the girl that answers his phone, will not accept any call from me. All I get is a recording. I have no recourse, but to report him to the BBB, and take him to small claims court. I wonder if the cost of repair to my home and property are worth the bad publicity? The cost of repair to my property would only be about $350.

THEY ARE RESPONSIVE AND DEPENDABLE. THEY DO VERY GOOD WORK AND DO IT AT A REASONABLE PRICE. THEY CLEANED UP THEIR MESS AND MY YARD LOOKED WONDERFUL WHEN THEY WERE FINISHED.

THEY ARE REALLY PROFESSIONAL AND EFFICIENT AT THEIR LABORS. THEY CLEANED UP EVERY STICK AND LEAF. THEY STARTED ONE DAY IN THE MORNING AND WERE FINISHED WITH EVERYTHING THREE DAYS LATER.

THIS CREW DID A FABULOUS JOB. THEY WERE EXTREMELY CAREFUL WHEN CUTTING THE TREES DOWN. THEY ARE HIGHLY EXPERIENCED. THEY DID A GREAT JOB OF CLEANING THE YARD AND HAULING EVERYTHING AWAY.

THEY ARE VERY PROMPT, PROFESSIONAL AND TRUSTWORTHY. THEY GAVE US AN ESTIMATE AND STAYED WITH IT. THEY POINTED OUT SOME THINGS TO US ABOUT THE OTHER TREES. WE WILL USE THEM AGAIN IN THE FUTURE.

WHEN I FIRST CALLED THEM THEY EXPLAINED WHAT THEY WERE GOING TO DO AND WHAT THE COST WAS GOING TO BE FOR THE JOB. THEY DID THE JOB FAST AND FROM EVERYTHING I COULD TELL THEY DID A GOOD JOB FOR US.

GO LOOK FOR ANOTHER COMPANY. I SAW NO CHANGE IN MY YARD. I WOULD ASK THEM TO COME ON CERTAIN DAYS AND THEY WOULD NOT SHOW UP. THEIR BILLING WAS NOT CORRECT EITHER.

The company was called 2 times before a return call was given. A week was set-up for service and no one showed. The company was then called again 3 times and NO return call was given.

This company was satisfactory. The work took one day, and they cleaned up the yard real well. Since I am a hard grader, these letter grades reflect a good company survey. I would hire them again for more tree removal.
