Chris came, looked at the damages, took measurements and then provided an estimate promptly. The weather prohibited him from completing the job as quickly as promised, but that was out of our control. He did finish it satisfactorily and was very easy to work with.

Chris, the owner, came out and gave us his estimate. His estimate was very competitive and he seemed to be very attentive to the details as my husband laid out his expectations. My husband is very picky and felt that Chris would do the job the way he wanted it done making sure it was done right. Chris did a lot of the job by himself which was fine with us since quality was our main concern. He was here every day and kept us updated on what was going on and what he was finding. Each day he cleaned everything up before he left. Because he did a lot of it by himself, it took him a little longer but again our goal was just to have it done right so other companies that gave us estimates of 2 days weren't what we were looking for. We had that the first time! Chris took his time and if he ran into something and had a question, he contacted us immediately. Since he was there for a while, he showed great consideration for us made everything as unobtrusive as possible. My husband is a picky, picky fellow and he could not have been happier with the job done. Several of our neighbors have commented about how good it looks, even better than the original roof when it was new. Everything is neat, clean and well done. The warranty Chris provided was better than other companies we had estimate the work so we just couldn't be happier and couldn't recommend him more! Replacing our roof was NOT something we wanted to do, but since we had to, we are very glad we picked the right guy to do it!

NO CLOGS HAVE DEVELOPED YET SO THEY MUST HAVE DONE A GOOD JOB. I AM GLAD THAT I HAD THEM CLEANED OUT BY THEM BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T CUT CORNERS DURING THE JOB. I EVEN RECOMMENDED THEM TO A FEW FRIENDS OF MINE.

They replaced my roof. They did a fair job on it. He told me to wait for a good rain and call if there were any leaks. I did this and the roof did leak. I have called him and and have not gotten a response.
