We called about an infrequent roof leak, and Bill returned the call promptly. He gave us a quote for repair and another for a new roof. We were open to replacing the roof, due to its age. He did not try any pushy sales tactics. He actually told us we could get another couple of years out of our existing roof, but we were impressed with the fair price so decided on replacement. We opted for the 30 year architectural shingles. The work was completed in a timely manner, and the cleanup was thorough. We are satisfied that he and his team delivered on the work as promised.

Prompt service, easy to work with, fair price. They did have to come back and repair a leak after initial visit.

I've hired this company twice now and I can honestly say they provide excellent service all the way around. I needed minor repairs done on my roof along with some gutter cleaning due to large trees in my yard. I received a very quick response, an appointment setup for initial inspection, a very reasonable estimate and work was completed within a few days. I'm very happy with the results and I was especially impressed with the way these guys take pride in their work and they go the extra mile. Professional, prompt and very nice people! Bill was very professional, courteous, and told me exactly what his crew would do. Given the time of year, I was glad they waited to perform the work until the temperature has risen a little, insuring that the work would be effective. Bill communicated regularly so I knew my job hadn't been forgotten, and I knew when the workers would be here. The crew cleaned up so well, I couldn't tell they had been here! To date, everything seems to be all fixed. No more rain in my house! The price charged for he job was reasonable and was what Bill had originally estimated. I will definitely call Bill and his crew next time I need help with my roof.

After a 1950 era house I own started to have a major water leak in a day-long major storm, I quickly did some research and left messages (around 4:00 to 5:30 in the evening) for 4 roofers that had been highly rated on Angie's List. One called back a week later, two never called back at all, and one (B&D) called back that night or the next morning (I don't remember which). B&D's responsiveness was a pleasant contrast to the lack of responsiveness of the other roofing contractors. After I spoke with them, B&D scheduled an estimate for two days hence on a Saturday (they would have scheduled the very next day if my brother's work schedule had allowed), discussed the estimate and work involved with me, and scheduled the work for the next day, a Sunday. Another storm was coming through the next day so we had incentive for getting this fixed as soon as possible. This group was very professional and I will call B&D again if I have roofing needs. The price was $950 for two chimneys - one which was larger chimney in an older house which had a major leak, and one chimney which was smaller and not leaking yet, but was in comparable condition and needed the same work. I did some google searches, and this seemed in line with many quoted ranges. In any case, since no-one else called back, I wasn't able to get a comparison quote for this exact job, and I was satisfied that the price was in the ballpark of what I should pay. All in all, I was very pleased with the experience and B&D's work, responsiveness, and quick scheduling of work. I will definitely call them again if I have other roofing issues.

They gave a detailed estimate and even though I didn't choose them, they were prompt and courteous to deal with.

I was price shopping to have my windows done on my home and i saw a sign on a friend's property. I had already had another company and individual give me prices. Not that they were not reasonable. It was the other things that Bill noticed that they didn't. For example, I wanted to also get my house painted and I was informed the cedar was actually crumbling and that I would be better off putting siding up (I was not informed of that from the other two companies). Not that I wanted to spend extra money , it was causing my home not to hold heat in well just like the windows. Bill and his crew worked against bad weather strong winds to have my home done in a timely matter. Bill's professional in explaining every detail for what I was purchasing was astounding. I am now getting ready to do some work inside my home and B & D Roofing Solutions is the 1st place where i will be getting estimates . The prices at B & D Solutions are reasonable. I strongly urge anyone who is going to do some external work on their home to get a price quote from them first.

We experienced a roof leak over the holiday weekend and decided to contact a roofer. However, no one was available for our immediate needs. After all the other roofers we called only one understood our situation, B&D Roofing Solutions, with being the holidays and family coming to our home. I spoke with a real person on my initial call not an answering machine. The office manager put me in direct contact with Bill. He set up an appointment with us right away. He showed up at the time he said he would. Bill's meeting was professional and knew exactly what he was talking about. He set his ladder up and immediately evaluated the problem. After his evaluation he explained in detail the specific problem. It was a leak in the valley of the roof. He suggested we think about a re-roof. The leak was so bad it damaged the decking so the wood would have to be replaced. In addition, our gutters and soffit needed attention. The soffit was falling down in the back of the house and the gutters were damaged being non-functional. The expense of it and the age of the roof (20 years+) really didn't make sense. We would have ongoing problems and issues with the existing roof. We told Bill that we would take it into consideration but our primary goal is to take care of the leak. Well the existing conditions were so bad it wasn't just a quick fix. Bill suggested we get other prices from local contractors after the holidays and compare it to B&D Roofing Solutions. So in the mean time, Bill says we will temporary stop your immediate leak with a tarp to get you by. No charge if B&D Roofing was awarded the project. Needless to say B&D got the job and the results were outstanding. We are very satisfied with B&D's work and the appearance of our home. This contractor is dependable, honest, and fair.
