We have a service agreement with them. It's a one year agreement. They're always on time, always call ahead of time if they're going to be late. If you call them, they are always quick to respond. They are always professional.

l came home from work one afternoon and walked into a very hot and stuffy house. I checked the thermostat--it was a lovely 79 degrees. The unit ran nonstop all evening. When I went to be at 11:00, it was still 78 degrees--at which point I knew I was in for an uncomfortable night's sleep! Due to a high volume of calls, my regular service tech was unable to come the next day, and so I got to experience a second near-sleepness night! The following morning, my tech was not able to promise that he would be able to service my unit that day--I was number 25 on the call list--so they recommended that I call Arnold Jones. Thankfully, I had a service tech at my house within an hour!!! He listened to the problems I was having, and got right to work! He patiently answered my many questions (not any easy task) and explained everything he was doing! An hour or so later, I had cool air again!!! I was very pleased with their service!!

They are a great company and I get a 10% discount on any services that I need in addition to the contract. They prioritize themselves on customer service and they always call to let me know when they are coming. They are very respectful of your property and put on booties before they enter the house.

We have used Arnold Jones for years. They were able to provide a competitive estimate and install a Trane unit.

Every contact with this company has been extremely professional and courteous. They always show up on time, are clean and polite and take pains to leave my house in better shape than when they arrived. The servicemen wear booties while inside to keep the floors clean and I always receive a customer survey in the mail after they are done. I know there are cheaper options, but you get what you pay for. I think they are reasonable for the level of professionalism and customer service received.

He really did a great job. Arnold Jones is a reputable company that is very reliable and respectful. They cleaned up very nicely when they were done. I was never uncomfortable with them in my home.

We have had Arnold Jones for years. I am getting ready to contact them for our next check up. The only problem I have ever had is a mix up on an appointment.
