 + -1 moreGordon was prompt, personable, and professional. He explained the issue and how to correct and provided us with extra keys to the lock to make it continue to work after repairs where finished. Great Job...would hire again for any lock issues.

He arrived earlier then the appt time and called me when he found out the location could actually provide the service to me for a cheaper rate.
