Wize Home Direct

Wise Home Direct did a major interior makeover on my house last fall and not only did they do a fantastic job but I really enjoyed working with them and appreciate their professionalism. Today I had an urgent need for some follow-up repair work and I'm completely impressed with their willingness and ability to rally for me late in the day on a Friday afternoon to mobilize and handle my issues same day. It's been about 9 months since they finished their project and I am completely impressed with this kind of after-project support and look forward to the next project I will do with them.

They cleaned up well, were efficient and got the job done.

gutters are very good siding was installed but after a comedy of errors and lies. cut electrical lines that were going to be taped instead of repaired according to code. wromg siding ordered after giving definitive type needed. just cover a corner of the house with plywood instea of replacing it (a supporting wall) all the time we had to fight to get things done properly. If the used car salesman had listened he woud have known only 100 feet of siding was needed, but no they tore down 480 sq ft. cost was extermlEy high in comparison to other contractors but need the work done. One word about using this company DON'T unless you want to pay for all the scrrew ups and repairs that are needed caused by them. the owner is a BS artist and always tries to get the last word in.

Wize did a great job. we had 20 year old 5 inch gutters that would overflow every time we had a hard rain. Wize recommended 6 inch gutters with 4x5 downspouts. We finally got a big rain the other night and no water came out of the gutters. Problem solved

l Everyone we dealt with was extremely nice and friendly, including the guys that came out to the house. The person we spoke with initially gave us a cost estimate based on the square footage of our house and how many vents he estimated we had (I hadn't counted and he said he'd guess since it was an estimate). I told him that we had a vent with some nesting-type material that blew up from it when we first turned on the air (this is a new home that had sat empty for two years) and we wanted a company that had the capability to inspect the interior of the ducts that we couldn't see in the craw space. He assured me they could do that as well. The appointment was rescheduled once, but they warned me that may happen and I wasn't upset at all about that. They showed up on time and communicated well with us the day of the appointment so we knew when to expect them. When the technician called I asked him if they could also check our two intakes as the duct board was loose on both and causing air to escape into the crawl space and closet. He told me they could do that easily and carried the appropriate tape to easily fix the problem. For $800, they spent only two hours at our house and only vacuumed out the ducts (of which we have FAR less than the original guess the representative made when quoting the project). No camera was used to check ducts. One week after the cleaning, one duct began blowing insulation that has collected in it's vent cover. They also only repaired one of the intakes with the loose duct board. The other hadn't looked touched, although they assured us they fixed both. While they were very nice people, I feel quite ripped off and definitely did not get my money's worth. I found out, after the fact, that my mother-in-law had a similar service from another company. Same price, but they were at her house for 7 hours. That's a considerable difference.

Everything went well and the job was done to my satisfaction. The crew from Wize removed the old gutters and downspouts, then cleaned the fascia and plugged the old mounting holes. They then installed 6 inch seamless guttering and downspouts. Once the work was done, the crew walked around the house and picked up all scraps and screws.

Wize representatives were quick to come to my home to look at my home and provide an estimate. The quality of the windows is good. After receiving several estimates, I chose Wise for two reasons. First, I appreciated their immediate and direct approach and second, I believed their windows to be of better quality. After I made the decision to use them, they immediately sent someone out to get exact measurements to have windows made. I don't even think it took two weeks from ordering to install. They held true to a schedule . Installers are top notch. They worked carefully, with regard for my belongings. They were careful and each window is perfectly installed, and caulked. I am very pleased. I like the windows. They are easy to use, and clean. The screens are framed with a sturdy aluminum. The installers removed the old windows from my property . The warranty is a great one. From start to finish I have been treated with respect. I would recommend this group for your window needs, very, very pleased.

I had 20 year old flat moist insulation that didn't do any good in cold weather. I always had high energy bills every winter and didn't want to do the same this year. I knew I wanted to get insulation up to code R38. I went back and forth a lot and called them many times about understanding my choices for both insulation and radient barrier. I was chose them because they are the only ones that had copperflec. I became glad I chose them because of how paitent they was and how availble they was to answer all of my questions. They showed up as schudled and took out all the old stuff without getting it in my house. That was very important to me with my asthma that it didn't get in the air. I was very pleased with everything they did and how neat they left the place. I am also pleased to tell the difference in how even the room tempatures are now with the radient barrier. Before one would be hotter or colder then others. I expect to have much lower bills this winter.

ALL WENT VERY WELL. THE SALES REP WAS MORE THAN HELPFUL & NOW NOT ONLY AM I GETTING MY WINDOWS. NEXT ON MY THE LIST IS SOME MUCH NEEDED GUTTER REPLACEMENT.

All went very well with their very knowledgeable sales staff and inside support. Beautiful windows, doors, and decking. They helped me get all my measurements for the windows and gutters. Remodeling an older home is a lot of work and can run into a lot of $$'s but what I have found is that the newer homes don't seem to be built as well. I fell better investing in a home I know and have had in our family for many many years.

First of all the Representative was right on time and when I invited him into my home he voluntarily showed me his Driver's Licence and he took off his shoes! After speaking with him for a little bit (we had friends in common) we got right to work determining what was best for the appearance of my home and my budget as well. We decided on the particulars, penciled in production and delivery rates and then set a installaton date. Over the 2 weeks it took for my door to be made and delivered i received at least 4 phone calls from different employees at WIZE all keeping me in the loop and provoding me with reassurance that everything was going according to schedule. Then on Thursday morning the 17th the WIZE crew showed up promptly at 10:00 and got to work. During the whole project members of the crew would let me know what to expect as far as what was going to happen next (using loud power tools) to having an actual hole in the front of the house. Although my door required some additional framework the crew completed the installation on time and absolutly perfect! The door arrived exactly as ordered, the crew showed up on time and installed my door professionally and promptly and when the job was complete they cleaned up the inside and outside of the home and took every last bit of materials with them including checking the lawn for items as we have two dogs. Regardless of any improvements made to my home or friends homes, I would be very confident to recommend WIZE HOME DIRECT to all of my friends and family. In fact, it's nice to finally know when someone asks me if i know of anybody that i can recommend I can say "YES!"

Professional and showed up on time. Before they installed our new gutters they answered all of our questions, helped us pick out the best color selection, and gave us a good price. I feel like we got a great product and we are very pleased with our gutters and the work that was done. We will definitely use Wize Home Direct again for future projects.

It tuned out to be the easiest large purchase I have ever made but didn't start off that way. I don't live in the house full time and normally only there on the weekends in the summer. I was having a tough time initially getting anyone to even come out and give me an estimate. I was pleasantly surprised with how easy the whole process went with Wize Direct. I just emailed them the sizes and answered a few questions. They emailed me a great price, 3 weeks later I had new windows! They didn't ask me for any money up front, as a matter of fact I had to remind the installer to take the check after he walked me around the job and showed me how they tilted in to clean. They worked around my schedule and everyone was so nice. The installers were real craftsmen and the windows are great! I only wish I had them replace the sliding glass doors, I guess that will be next years project.
