They were very professional and did a great job.

They seemed professional and accommodating and at first I gave them a good review however I am now editing it. The doors are nice but they should be for the price I paid and they are suppose to have a lifetime guarantee. However, it leaks around the door if the wind blows toward the door. I called several times and got the run around. Apparently the doors are guaranteed but the installment is not. They basically told me that that part is my problem. i did try to seal around the top of the door myself, mind you I am 71 years old woman and getting up on a ladder by myself is not what I choose to do but I did not want my floor to be ruined. Right now it is raining and it is leaking again. I am very frustrated with them. For the amount that I paid it should not be leaking around my doors!!!! I will not recommend them to anyone again!!!

I didn't even know there was something like this, the guys showed up, did a great job, even took my dog out while I was running to get more stuff. 1st time I didn't have to argue with a pro, these guys were amazing.

Was quick to send an estimator. Discussed all steps of project. Presented types of financing. Project manager updated me on times workers would be on site. Happy with final completion.

Wize-Home-Direct does excellent work. The R-19 batting was installed in my enclosed patio in about an hour and and within a few days the new, white ceiling was installed. Looks great!

The initial meeting was informative with relevant information. There was follow up after the first meeting with a quote for the project. Once a date and time was set all work progressed as described. We were very pleased with the entire experience.

We have been trying to get insulation installed into our crawlspace since September. We contacted Wize Home Direct to come and quote the job. The employee that showed up took into account our concerns for the job and need for hasty installation (it is now Nov). They gave us a price and we agreed to hire them. Later that week, Racheal called and scheduled the install. The installers were third party company hired by Wize Home Direct. They came the day as promised and started right away. When they finished I inspected the work and found an area that was not completed near my HVAC distribution box. I contacted Wize Home Direct and they contacted installer and the next day they were back and fixed what was over looked. All in all I am pleased withe work and customer service they provided.

Very timely. They did a very good job. I recommend them to anyone needing a deck built.

Took 3 visits to get the job completed correctly. Crew left screws and nails on my property with 2 flat tires as a result. Salesman does an awesome job selling the product, but the end result does not measure up to the sales pitch.

Get a contract in writing that lists the components for the job! Overall, the crew was on site at expected times and finished the job in the projected time. Overall well done, and we are happy about the results.

We had two leaks after first rain. They still haven't repaired the leaked. Gutters look great and they were very professional. Cleaned the mess and hauled the old gutters away. I have been notified that the leaks have been fixed. I was not at home at the time and didn't know that they had been rechecked. Great job and has added great curb appeal to my home
