good people to deal with, answered my questions and concerns, did a neat job

They order the gutters the same day that I hired Jay, and installed the next day. Jay was who gave me the estimate after looking at what was causing water in the basement. Trey actually installed the gutters. I needed a the gutters with leaf guard & the largest downspouts to keep water from overflowing. Hasn't rained yet. I hope this solves the water in basement problem. It remains to be seen at this point. Jay was sure that the gutters were the problem.

I felt very comfortable and confident of the service. The installers were very helpful and informative not to mention curious, nice, understanding and willing to complete the job with satisfaction to me.

They did everything they promised to do. Very professional installers who did not stop until the job was finished. Product is top quality - Am very pleased and certainly would consider using them again.

We did not go with the spray foam insulation. The owner talked me into bat insulation. There was a great lack of communication on this project. The salesman came, looked and was completely clueless about insulation projects. I was very specific about the scope of work to the salesman. The onsite supervisor changed his story daily on what they could do and could not do. We have a manufactured home which presented a huge challenge for this company. We started out with our water pipes and heat ducts insulated, when the job was complete, i had to insulate the water pipes myself and now have to have the heat ducts completely change. We depended on the expertise of the contractor to fore warn us of issues and they did not, either had no clue, or just did not tell us of the extra cost. As far as the actual work the insulation sub contractors did a good job the 3rd time they came out. The job site was clean when the crew left and i had insulation between my floor joists. I would not recommend this company for manufactured homes.

The quality of work was exceptional. I could not be more pleased with the windows.

Work was promised to be done sooner than it was done but in fairness there was a lot rain the week before and I am sure they were behind. There workman came and worked all day on Sunday to complete the job. Since it rained hard that night I was most grateful.

The service tech that did the work was on time and did the work requested in a reasonable time. The job was done leaving no mess to be cleaned up after he left. He took time to make sure he cleaned up any areas that may have needed it.

I was pleased and happy they came out and corrected mistakes.
