Very impressed with Wize. Prompt response to request for new gutters. Price was decent. Crew showed up 3 days after I agreed to work. Workers friendly knowledgeable. Gutter completed same day,today. Just in time for hurricane Florence coming through later this week. I will call Wize for future projects.

They done things that the other people who gave me estimates didn't even offer to do. they said they didn't know how to reroute my gutters. But now I have a dryer yard and side walk.!

The rep that came out to look at the project was knowledgeable and recommended an approach that solved our gutter issues very economically. They just replaced one section that was damaged, and installed covers. The didn't try to pressure me into buying more than I needed. The covers are a simple design, but successfully prevented clogging from the nearby tulip poplars. I was kind of surprised Wize sent only one guy to do the installation, but he got it done.

Our log cabin needed some roof repairs prior to installing a gutter over the front porch. Work was completed as promised,staff were great. No hesitation in recommending this company.

Wise Home Direct was very accommodating to our needs. They waited patiently while we were taking care of getting ready to have our gutters installed. They were inconstant touch with us to see where we were as far as being ready for them to complete our install. The installers were on time very professional and willing to answer any questions that I had. We were very happy with aspect of our purchase we would definitely use them again for future projects.

Good group of hard working men. Didn’t have enough product to finish the job so it is taking longer than we expected. Overall very nice work.

Contractors came to install and only gave me their first names and used cell phone to take picture of my check. I didn't feel safe with someone having my checking account number in their phone. They showed up without a ladder and needed to go get one to get in attic.

Wize home direct was very quick with their free estimate. After the initial estimate, there were no hidden fees or gotchas. The gutter installers were great, explained what they were doing and were quick with the install. Once the work was complete, everything was left clean and orderly. I would hire them again and recommend them to anyone.

Wize home direct did an awesome job with installing my gutters. The service was fast and everyone I spoke with was friendly and helpful.

The consultation and installion was very professional. Both encounters were professional and did their jobs efficiently. Won't know the true value of the price I paid for the reflective insulation until I have a year's average of power bills to compare to before insulation was installed, for the amount paid I hope to see a big difference.

They are very professional but friendly also. The sales rep was very helpful in explaining things I didn’t understand. I was told it would be 2 weeks before they could start. They were at my home the next day. The work I had done looks great. The guys cleaned up everything when they were done. I will definitely be using Wize again.

The person who came out to evaluate the property was extremely thorough and nice. The actual installation and work done was excellent and solved my problems. The issues I had was communicating with the person who works on-site and sets up the actual work at the property. First there was a delay in getting them in on Saturday, which I had no issue with. The person stated they would come in on Sunday instead. I said that was not necessary since I didn't believe anyone should have to work on a Sunday. But he insisted. Sunday did not work out so they moved it to later in the week. When I returned home, the work was complete but there was stuff left around my property, including leaves from my old gutters which they could have easily tossed into the woods or taken with them. I found screws in random places in my yard. And one of the plants was destroyed by their ladders. There also appeared to be damage done to one of the drain extension sections of my gutter. It appeared to be crumpled as if it were wrenched back into place. I was told that someone would come back to the property to inspect it and fix it if needed, but I never heard from anyone after that. The actual work done seems solid. The gutters have been great for the past year, it is just unfortunate that there seem to be a rush to get off the property before they inspected it and cleaned it up.
