Misunderstanding between what I received and what I got but they made it right. Overall very pleased with the work done.

It took over a month to install the gutters. The owner promised it would be no longer than two weeks. There was a lack of coordination between Wize Home direct and their subcontractor. The sales rep ordered the wrong shade of brown and he had to call the office several times to verify the work they could do.

We had some gutter damage from the last hurricane...a relatively small job...Jacob came and we walked around in the dark & rain to see what we needed...he was very friendly and professional...zero sales pitch...directly addressed our needs...got the very reasonable estimate the next day! Had to coordinate the installation with a planned trip...no problem! It rained the day of installation but rescheduled...again, no problem! So the team showed up, were finished in no time...and we couldn’t be happier with the result! Highly recommended!

I perhaps could have gotten it done cheaper if I would have shopped around. However, I needed the work done and Wize Home Direct was the first to respond within minutes, the first to come out to give an estimate so they got the work done in a fast as well as efficient manner.

Sorry to say they didn’t clean up very well.

We did not get what we were led to believe we would. We paid a very high price for a copper gutter system installed professionally with high end components and got shoddy workmanship and the cheapest of materials used. Their installer was atrocious and should not be allowed to ruin anyone else's home we are now having to negotiate to get this mess fixed.

I was very impressed with the prompt response to my quote request and the fast turnaround on day of work. All my questions were answered and did excellent job at cleanup too.

The team leader Al a great worker! The assistant to Al not that helpful to Al. The assistant must have been in training. BUT Al did an excellent job!

When we hired the company to put gutters on our second house we told the rep that work could not be done without us being present. I just received a call telling us the gutters had been installed. Apparently following instructions is not important. Since we have had seen the work or approved the work since instructions couldn't be followed I can't rate their work. However I will never use this company again.

Excellent workmanship. Very pleased.

The workers were great and the whole house looks wonderful. It is a little bit high price wise to me but everything else was great
