Description of Work: Told me to gave house painted then he'd replace the rotted Masonite and facia boards. I told him I wanted the repairs done before the painting and asked for an estimate; I never heard from him again.

+ 1 moreIt was very good. We were really pleased with his work and his price. We really liked his honesty. We had no qualms of letting him do his work probably we were out of town and that was good. We got several estimates and he was the best. We would use him again in the future.

Description of Work: The services were completed Oct. 9,2013 The service cost $3600 The interior of our hall, bath room and den were repaired and repainted where a leaking roof had water stained the ceilings and walls. Some of the wall board had to be replaced. The person doing the work was very thorough and careful in everything that he did and cleaned up each day. I was very pleased with the overall experience and felt that the cost was in line with the insurance adjusters estimate. I would definitely use this company again for any home repair work needed. They were prompt in answering phone calls and arrived when they said that they would.

+ -1 moreOwner is very responsive and detailed in his estimate. The worker seemed comptetent and hardworking. Showed up on time everyday and worked all day, never saw him even take a break. They had to work with my electrician and were flexible on their scheduling. Was very happy with the work done.
