Well. Erika and her crew did a thorough job of inspecting and replacing loose tiles.

Jason did a great job! Our chimney looks better than it did originally. He did most of the work himself (had a helper some too) and got the job done in the time frame and price set forth in his contract. He was very trustworthy and competent and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing roof work.

Initial quotation was 538-583.00; Top Notch Roofing came, checked the roof and gave an estimate of 1500.00, he was late for the appointment, and when the repairs was done, he used white caulking on my black roof; the work looks sloppy and now I have white marks on my roof, that which I didn't have marks before. Before the work started, I paid half to start, then half at the end of the work; I have no complaints about that, the only complaint I have now is that the work was done very poorly and very sloppy.

Jason Carswell of Top Notch was hired by my 80 year old mother in law in Valdese to clean her gutters and fix a leak in her roof. She paid him $1300 for the work. When he showed up, he was an hour late but he did the work. Jason said that he guarantees his work for two years. Within two-three weeks the roof was still leaking! My mother in law called Jason and he said he would be out in a couple of weeks. Jason never showed! I called Jason to set up a time for him to come out and repair the roof. I called Jason around August 16th or 17th.Jason said that he would be there to repair the leak around 9:00 or 9:30 am on August 23rd, he was a no show. I had also asked him to call me if he could not show, he never even gave me that courtesy! I talked to him again on August 25th around 9:43 and he said that he would be out on August 28th around noon to fix the leak and then he abruptly hung up. But he was a no show! He did call my mother in law later that evening and said he would be out around 6:00pm and once again he was a no show! This young man talks about building his company but his customer service skills are HORRIBLE! He also lacks integrity by taking advantage of an 80 year old woman whom trusted him! My advice to people is NOT TO USE Jason Carswell and his company, Top Notch!

It was pretty. They were polite and really professional, but a little bit slow.
