Searcy's Remodeling

Stuart and team did a complete remodel of my bathroom. Arrived each morning before 8:30 and tidied up each evening as they left. Skilled in multiple trades including electrical, plumbing, drywall, tile, etc. Gave us exactly what we wanted!

I did not use this contracter

We had the old tube and shower taken out and the subflooring replaced. Stuart and his team put down all new tile floor. Instead of having a tub put back in we had him expand the size of the shower and put in a new wall. They built a new walled in shower, fully tiled with beautiful decorative tile and shelving built-in. While onsite he also replaced a faucet and fixed another small leak in another secondary bathroom. The best part is his quote was exactly what we were charged. He also provided us an estimate for fixtures, tile, etc.. as well. He met my wife at Lowe's where he helped her select all of the items. The total four our items was $988 for supplies and was just barely over his estimated budget of $960. I was amazed how accurate that budget was for us considering that was direct for supplies and we are the ones that selected all tile and fixtures based on what we wanted. It was a fantastic experience and I will use Stuart again.

Wonderfully well. The only thing is that he is so very busy that he cannot always get to things right away. He is worth the wait for me.

I have been using Stuart Searcy for the past 7 years. He completely remodeled my house. Everything from knocking out walls to remodeling the kitchen and two baths. He is the most honest and professional contracter I have ever dealt with. Not only is he an expert in every phase of remodeling. He is always on time and he does the most beautiful job. He and his crew are efficient and fast. He will see to it that the job is done right. He is a perfectionist. Every time I have a problem he comes within 24 hours. He always returns my calls. He has such great people working with him. They are just as careful as Stuart. Needless to say he gets ?????????? from me a given. Suzan Sheridan

Stuart and Chris were great to deal with. Visited a couple of times to clarify all the details. Worked efficiently and professionally. Were very accommodating to changes and upfront and honest when "additional" charges arose. Stuart would tell me exactly what the problem was, explain options to mend, and stuck by the price he quoted to correct the problem. Most things, they just included as it really didn't put them out to do the "extra" work. Real nice guys, felt completely comfortable with Stuart and Chris in the house. Turned a 60's kitchen into the 2014's in a few days time. HIGHLY Recommended!

Thoroughly checked the area in question. Turns out there were no leaks in the plumbing. He was able to identify the problem. Professional and courteous. Very pleased. I plan to contact him for all my future plumbing needs!

I have used him before. I would definitely use him again.

The old faucet leaked and had to be replaced. The new garbage disposal replaced one that was an older style and didn't have a on off switch. Other estimates were in excess of $100 just for the switch. I called Stuart and he and his associate came the next day and installed both faucet and switch for a very reasonable amount.

Given the scope of the projects, it took a good bit of time to complete. Once we started things went smoothly, according to plan, on time and within budget.
