+ -1 morerepaced felt underlayment, shingles, rotted plywood and structural beams. Was informed of all work needed. Quote on 9/9/13 repaired on 9/13/13. Will definately call again when back deck needs replacing. Price was very reasonable for work/repairs done.

+ -1 moreTHIS IS A VACATION HOME I OWN ABOUT 1 HR AND 15 MINUTES FROM HICKORY NC, IN LAKE LURE NC. PATRICK ARRIVED A WEEK BEFORE, GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE AND WE AGREED THAT HE WOULD BEGIN WORK IN ABOUT ONE WEEK. HE AND HIS CREW [8 MEN], ARRIVED AS SCHEDULED, ON TIME, BEGAN WORK IMMEDIATELY. EACH MAN HAD A JOB AND THEY WORKED CONTINUOUSLY UNTIL DARK. ARRIVED ON TIME THE NEXT DAY AND FINISHED BY NOON. EVERY MAN WAS POLITE AT ALL TIMES AND CONTINUOUSLY WORKING. BARELY TOOK TIME TO EAT. I WOULD DEFINITELY EMPLOY PARSONS AGAIN!!
Description of Work: INSTALLED NEW ROOF SHINGLES, REMOVED ALL OLD SHINGLES, REPLACED SOME SHEETS OF PLYWOOD ON ROOF. COMPLETELY CLEANED UP. CANNOT TELL THERE WAS ANY WORK DONE THE CLEANUP IS SO COMPLETE. ALSO COMPLETED SOME ELECTRICAL UPGRADES INSIDE THE HOME.
