Lowe's of N Hickory NC

Horrible customer service, Managers live in the office and never answer the phone. Two months and floor contractor never even showed up for measurements, Employees act like they don't have a clue or they are just lazy. Orders are never ready for pick up. Manager canceled one of mine without explanation when they had plenty in stock. Eric, the store manager, leaves at 3pm ever day and can never be reached. I could go on and on. Horrible store!! Called Lowes corp and they apologized but never even got my name or number. Director Todd is worthless as well and will not call or email. Complaining to this company is a waste of time. So long Lowes!!

Not well. No service as promised. We took the time to go into this store and left our phone number with an associate for her to call the manufacturer to answer a few simple questions and we never received a return call. There is no excuse for this!

Our "salesperson" never did anything they were supposed to do. Said the kitchen design would take a day or two. A week went by and we didn't hear anything so we stopped by. Nothing had been done. Time lost. But another salesperson helped us out and we got the design done, cabinets ordered.Then the original salesperson was going to quote the granite countertops. Another week went by and... nothing. So I stopped by. They hadn't done it, apparently had forgotten. More time lost. They scratched a quickie quote on a piece of paper in about a minute. I tossed it out and went with Granite Express. Bottom line: couldn't count on my Lowes Rep for anything. Very frustrating. Spent at least 10 grand in there in the past few months but after this experience I'm an Ace/Home Depot guy. Later Lowes, thanks for nothin'.

They gave me mediocre service. I've had to contact them several times in the past seven months and the cabinets are still not repainted.
