+ -1 moreJem-Clean came out in a day's notice, and not only did they do a fabulous job, got the carpets spotless, deodorized and protected and left me a sprayer of stain remover, but they were almost half the price of what the other national franchise quoted me (which was ridiculous). My carpets are 10 year old berber and they look new. I'm so pleased!
Description of Work: I had 3 bedrooms (one was large bonus room over 2 car garage) with carpet problems, stains I thought would never come out because another national franchise was previously unable to remove them. I did not need large furniture pieces moved, they were able to clean around and under them.

Description of Work: JemClean cleaned our upstairs light-beige carpets and carpet runner on the hardwood stairway. At my request, they did an extra thorough cleaning along the edges where the carpet meets the walls. I had to call them to come back because some areas seemed overly wet, and they came the next day to suction up the moisture. JemClean was very accomodating and our carpets looked great! |

Description of Work: Arrived at scheduled time. May have been a little more than some of the other carpet cleaners but well worth the small difference. Actual price was $70 less than phone estimate. I had 3 rooms, hall, sofa, and 3 chairs cleaned and I am pleased with the results. The worker was very professional and knowledgeable. I will use them in the future for my carpet cleaning. I plan to have them clean my tile floors in the near future.

+ -1 moreThey were really good. They were very prompt. They did the job and got out quickly. I have used them for a number of years, so they remember me when they come back each year. They were frank in admitting that there was a stain that was not going to come out. I don't consider that a failure of theirs, but just the nature of the stain. They were honest and straight forward, and did not say they were going to do something until they tried it first. My overall experience was excellent. The price was competitive. They were punctual, responsive, and professional.
Description of Work: They came here to clean the carpet in the living room, foyer, den, and stairs.
