I was referred to Integrity roofing by a friend who had apa good experience so I contacted them and someone was out within a couple days to give an estimate. Bryan was very professional and advised us to go through home owners insurance which was great since we had very little out of pocket. It took a few months (insurance wise) to get things done but once they came through we got to pick a color and they had the roof replaced within 2 weeks.

When I saw the ad for Integrity Roofing I almost thought it sounded too good to be true; it said that they will work with your insurance for roof replacement if it has damage. I thought I had nothing to lose by calling them, and now after the beautiful new roof is on I am very happy that I took the chance and called. The whole process was great, nothing could have been better. Bryan came out and looked at my roof and noticed wind damage to my shingles. He explained everything thoroughly and called my insurance for me right then and there. The adjuster for my insurance came out and agreed with Bryan that it did indeed have wind damage. The roofing crew they have are the quickest, most thorough, and best cleanup of any I have ever seen or heard of. Bryan and his crew are the best. I can not imagine anyone easier to work with or doing a better job than they did! The roof is perfect and it only cost me my deductible. One of the best decisions on my home that I've ever made was that first call to Integrity Roofing!

Highly recommend. We worked closely with Jen and Jeremy, who walked us through every step of the way. They made it so easy to work with insurance and the process was seamless. It can be intimidating working with insurance companies but Jen was with us every step and worked directly with our insurance for us. They truly care about their customers and the experience/product they’re offering. Our new roof looks amazing and it was done so quickly. You cannot go wrong with this company.

From start to finish Integrity Roofing was professional, kind, friendly, and VERY helpful. When the roof was complete they came back the following day to ensure everything was done to our satisfaction and theirs! They did a through ground check for any forgotten nails or roofing leftovers. Our roof looks fantastic! The photos don’t do it justice due to the house needing a good pressure washing.

I had a leak in my roof. Integrity roofing came out and couldn’t figure out the problem so ended up doing a partial replacement of the roof. A year later we just noticed a leak in the same place again.

Integrity Roofing was definitely the right choice! They made the whole process so simple! They were on time, respectful of our home, and very professional! Having a Quality Control Manager make a final check before they were done was a nice touch!

There were several installation issues with my new roof. However, Bryan was easy to work with and very responsive.

We recently had our roof replaced with Integrity, they were nice friendly people who were easy to work with. They answered all of our questions and did the work in just two days time. They were super helpful working with insurance company to get everything squared away. It was a smooth process and a lot less stressful that we thought it would be.

I have had many people come to my door trying to climb on my roof to check for damage. I am so glad that I was skeptical of them until Integrity Roofing knocked on my door because I can not imagine a more positive roofing experience. Jodi was incredibly professional and handled everything in a very timely fashion which I would never have been able to do on my own. He knew exactly what to discuss with the insurance appraiser. The team at integrity roofing stayed in contact with me every step of the way to let me know how the project was progressing. Once the work began they finished in a day and did a great job installing the roof and cleaning up. We have a beautiful new roof with zero stress! Can not say enough positive things about the Integrity Roofing team.

Just had the shingles on my house replaced two days ago, we used Integrity Roofing, the whole experience was absolutely flawless, from the time the owner sat down with us to explain the processes and help us make the shingle choices and gutter choices to the time they finished, they came in at 7am and had the last roof cap on by 5 that afternoon, not one single nail or pc of old shingle left anywhere, if you want a strait forward honest and reasonable company to deal with this is them, highly recommend Integrity Roofing

It went really well, the roof was replaced in one day from start to finish. We really loved how Josh over saw the project and followed up with us immediately to make sure we were happy with our new roof. They made this process very simple and we enjoyed working with them. We would recommend them to anyone who needs a roof replaced.

Wow... Customer Service at its best... Integrity takes customer service to the next level! Jeremy and his guys at Integrity really know their stuff about roofing. I've recently had two different roofing companies come out with no help. I contacted Jason at Integrity and he showed up right away and filed my claim. Shortly after I get a call from my insurance and the adjuster as well as Integrity show up to assess the damage on my roof! Long story short... insurance accepted the claim and my roof is being replaced. I cannot thank the guys at Integrity enough! Highly recommend for your roofing needs!

We were very pleased with Integrity Roofing from start to finish. They did an excellent job explaining the process, working directly with our insurance company and assisting us in the selection of a new roof. The crew worked efficiently and professionally to install the roof in one day and made sure all debris was cleaned up before leaving the property. We even had a final walkthrough following the installation where the roof was thoroughly inspected and all of our questions were answered. No matter who we talked to or worked with during the various stages of the project, the customer service and responsiveness provided by Integrity Roofing were top notch.

Just replaced our roof with Integrity Roofing. Tyler was professional and personable; great to work with. His team did a great job; very efficient. They worked quickly and did an excellent job with clean up afterwards. I was concerned about sharps being left in yard because of the dogs, but they did a great job cleaning up debris. Tyler worked with our insurance company and handled all the communication and paperwork. Highly recommend!
