Austin and Josh started the process with me of getting my damaged roof replaced. Although it took a little longer to get on the schedule, it was worth the wait. They appear to be in demand due to their quality service. They arrived on time and worked diligently. When Integrity's inspector identified some issues, they returned promptly can corrected the issues, exactly as it should be. I feel more confident knowing a roofing expert has examined the roof and ensured it met their standards. Austin and his crew did a great job on replacing our roof. Austin was very helpful in explaining everything and helping with the insurance company as well. The roofers did an excellent job and also in cleaning everything up. We were very pleased with the work they did.

The process went well. We were happy with how the roof looked and how fast the crew completed the project! Our sales person was Carly, she was an excellent person who was always easy to communicate with and always checked in on us throughout the entire process.

This was an amazing experience! I felt a bit guilty in the early going as I have friends in the industry, but after sticking it out with Integrity, we are very happy with the results. Instead of resetting the gutters, we used the allotment to replace and the out of pocket cash we spent was well worth it as the gutters were aging, spots needed repair, and the new gutter protection is much better than the snap on plastic hood covers we bought from the big box store. The photo shows that we went with a darker gray with black gutters/protection vs light gray and white gutters!

So impressed with the quickness and quality of integrity roofings work. They were in and out in just half a day and they cleaned up as they went. Roof looks great and we are so pleased with it. Our insurance claims specialist was Jesse and he helped tremendously with the whole process. We was even pleased they sent out a quality control guy the next day to make sure everything was good. Would def recommend to anyone who is looking into a new roof and repairs.

Did a very quick and professional job.

We had a leak in our living room floor. We contacted Integrity to help us out with the process of submitting the insurance claim. We were setup with Jen and she's been great from the start. She is always willing to take questions and is quick in getting back to us. We would highly recommend Jen and Integrity to anyone who needs assist with putting in an insurance claim for their roof.

Austin was very professional and was able to explain the process in great detail. He was punctual for each meeting and informed us of all of our options. On the day of the actual roof replacement they were here at 8 am and finished around 5pm. We could not be more satisfied with our service.

I would highly recommend Integrity Roofing, LLC. They were very professional and a top notch organization. My roof was damaged and needed replaced, so I called Integrity and Jeremy came out immediately. They were easy to work with through the entire process, do great work, and my new roof looks great! Jeremy's crew was very thorough, efficient, and did an amazing job cleaning up afterwards. The sent a quality control expert back out after the completion of the project to look over the entire project and ensure we were completely satisfied. Highly Recommend!!!

New roof looks AWSOME. Five stars for the crew. They worked extremely hard all day. They started at 6:15am worked into the evening. The communication from the office with the scheduling could have been a little better. Rescheduled twice. Not sure why the first time but second was due to weather.
