About us

We are a detail-focussed small service & repair business catering to the needs of our customers 24/7. Service Calls and small repairs are done at standard Labor & Materials invoicing. Larger projects such as rewiring, remodels, deck construction, are done with a fixed-price contract and all elements calculated via a site visit with owner for a total price thereafter. Local area estimates are free, but a nominal charge is required for out-of-area estimate requests to offset fuel & maintenance costs for business vehicle plus nonproductive time lost ( I credit customer this if we are hired to do a job). I DO NOT subcontract as a rule but do have a couple highly skilled tradespeople who work independently and cover additional needs for my business as I need them, such as A/C system charging, etc. We have 100% satisfaction with our customer base and I guarantee all work 100% for 1 year after it is done (labor & materials)! Examples of our clientele are the average residential homeowner to medical offices to single professionals to retirement communities to legal system professionals to major retailer stores in Malls. We have a diverse portfolio of clients and all are treated the same way building trust by our work ethic, integrity and professional character we put forth on any job. Services we offer

Electrical/mechanical/plumbing repairs of all kinds. Small remodeling projects from bathrooms to kitchens to bedrooms to family rooms. Specialize in older/historical type structures and full repairs to those from mold/water damage. Installation of residential perimeter drain systems. Hot water & steam boiler repairs. Many other smaller projects as well that fall under the "handyman" label.

Steve was prompt every day and kept us informed on what he was doing. The work he did showed excellent workmanship and thoroughness such that is unlikely that the problems we had will show up again. He did a good job of cleaning up after he was done.
Description of Work: 3 jobs: remove, remediate, and replace drywall in garage damaged by mold; extend underground drain runoffs and install popup valves to keep grass, mulch, and other debris out of them; and repair dammaged wood around patio windows that had been poorly installed.

Excellent. He arrives on time and calls ahead. Does work in timely manner and respectful to customer and property.
Description of Work: Steve is a professional with so many talents. I am already wanting to have him do more services for me. He repaired my faucet that is relatively new and he knew where to get the parts and how to correct the problem. Service was done in a very timely manner and the price was very reasonable. He also assisted me with parts to the outside panels of my refrigerator and again assisted in getting the appropriate parts.

Description of Work: He worked for two days doing multiple things. He was on time and worked hard and very pleasant. He put up four ceiling fans and figured out how to wire them so I could turn the lights on and off without shutting off the fans. He has already given me estimates to redo my bathrooms and I will definitely use his services again.

He's very meticulous about what he does including cleaning up after himself. He's just done tons of work on my house. I trust him completely. I have no problems with him being here. I don't have to prep anything for him. If I want to paint a room, he'll come and take everything off the walls. He does a good job prepping and he cleans up and puts everything away. The room is always nicer than before he came in. He's considered pricey but I think he's more than worth it.
