+ -1 moreEach time an issue arose in regards to the construction of our home Brent Fox was contacted. Each time our calls were not returned or we were told he would come look at the problem and didn't show up. Only after numerous calls has Brent ever returned to our house and not once has he stood behind his work or the work of his sub-contractors. We have spent thousands of dollars on repirs to our new home.
Description of Work: Brent Fox was the contractor who built our home in 2006. Since moving in the house in 2007 we have had to have repairmen fix our heating and air 5 times and had to pay for drywall repair twice. Last year we had a leak in our bathroom shower which we had to pay to "repair" because Brent and his tile guy did not feel responsible. Now we have discovered that the leak in our shower has only gotten worse and has now caused the subfloor to rot. We are looking at having to rip out our entire bathroom which is only 5 years old.
