Called Eneco for my air condition asked what a service call would cost and was informed $90.00 agreed to that had a technician who was professional and on time checked my unit. Don't know how much time he spent however wanted to charge $100.00/ hr for diagnosing the issue which I thought was the purpose of the call. I ended up billed for $209 for what should have been $90.00 Called the office to explain the issue and the person answering who thought it OK to charge $90.00 to get to the call and $120 for diagnosing the problem Please clarify their billing practices.

Description of Work: We had lost electrical service in one room of our house. After an extensive search myself, I called Eneco. They responded right away with Two top people and found the issue within 45 min. and had everything up and going within one hour. Great Service.

Description of Work: My Heat/AC was not working properly, AC pumping out hot air and Heat not blowing through the house. Called Eneco late this morning and someone met me at my house at 1:30pm. Replaced the capacitator that runs the fan, explained the repair to me, and charged me $185. Not pocket change, but better than I expected and we won't freeze tonight!
