+ -1 moreThey tore off our old rubber roof and replaced it with white TPO; replaced rotten plywood decking as needed; and fabricated and installed metal flashing and trim. They did an excellent job. Their attention to detail and getting all seams and overlaps sealed and watertight was great. The work was done in a timely fashion and everyone involved was courteous and pleasant to work with. These folks have done hundreds of flat roofs and it shows. Couldn't be happier.
Description of Work: Tore off and replaced our flat roof.

+ -1 moreThe overall experience was a pleasure. Phone calls were returned promptly and Jonathan and the staff were very pleasant to deal with. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
Description of Work: I called Conover Construction & Roofing when I had a roof leak in a home that I rent out. The call was handled professionally and they were able to get there quicker than other companies I reached.Most said 4 to 5 days which I wasn't happy about because I am a landlord who actually cares about my tenants. I dealt with Jonathan McLelland and he got there and patched the leak around the vent. He also advised me of loose and or missing shingles caused by wind damage. Additionally, he met with my insurance company to plead my case for them to cover the cost of replacing the roof. Not surprisingly, they denied the claim but when I do replace the roof, I will surely have this professional company do the work.

+ 1 moreThe job was excellent. They were very thorough, they did a good job with all of the detail work, they are good communicators, and they were good to work with. They were quick to respond to concerns, they listened well, and they addressed problems.
Description of Work: Conover Construction & Roofing replaced my flat roof. They also subcontracted some insulation work and some stucco repair.
