Description of Work: Jamie is from Hickory and we are in The mountains at Jefferson, NC. Jamie does not usually come to Ashe county. Jamie had a job in Banter Elk so he agreed to come up if we could do it the same day as he was doing a customer in Banner Elk. We also got him another job here in our neighborhood. Jamie did an excellent job. Jamie did our loft, stairs, two bedrooms and four area rugs. Jamie Chem Dry process Uses only 1/3 the water that is used by steam . I think you will be as happy as we are with our clean carpets.

 + 0 moreChem-Dry offered to come to the house and clean the chair but we took to their location instead. Jamie made sure that someone was available to meet us when we delivered. The chair was ready in a few days and the ink and water mark were completely removed. The chair looked new again! When we went to pick up Jamie met us again at our convenience. It had been raining earlier and since we were hauling in the back of a truck Jamie wrapped the chair completely in plastic to prevent any water getting on it. We couldn't be happier with the results and the excellent service. We will most definitely use their services again if the need arises and will recommend to everyone!
Description of Work: Chem-Dry cleaned new chair that had ink spilled on it and we were unable to remove the spot. When we cleaned we made spot worse and left water mark.
