I have a 30+ year old pool with a sand bottom, all other installers around told me my whole pool floor would need to be redone. Aqua clear was able to just smooth out the sand bottom and install the new liner without the extra $1,500-3,000 upsale of a new floor. Dennis gave me a quote on the phone, installed the liner as promised, no hidden/extra charges also included pool start up chemicals. Dennis is very knowledgeable and was always available by phone to answer any questions I had. My old pool looks new! I am happy and would highly recommend!

Did not offer service we needed, but went out of their way to provide information and help so that we could do it ourselves. They saved us tons of money and headaches. I would recommend them highly!!!!!

I contacted the owner (Dennis) and left a voicemail. He returned my phone call the next business day. After getting a good impression from talking on the phone with Dennis, he came out to my home and gave me an estimate on everything from the outdoor pool lights to the new vinyl pool replacement. I was skeptical at first about his low quote price because Dennis' price was around $1000 less than the next lowest quote. I contacted and met with 4 other pool liner replacement companies based in Hickory, Newton, and Granite Falls but Dennis impressed me the most both with his knowledge, punctuality, straight forwardness, and price. I honestly could not find many reviews of his business online so I did the next best thing and got several references from Dennis and called each one of them and even visited some to see the quality of his work. I finally decided to hire Dennis for my vinyl liner replacement. The work began about 2 weeks later when the liner arrived. His crew was fast and had the liner installed in one morning. He also installed a new underwater LED light by removing a small section of the concrete and covering it back up with fresh concrete. He also runs a handy man service and since he did such an excellent job on the pool liner, I asked him to run some underground cables and install some landscape lighting outside the pool and also a pump timer. Everything was completed in a timely manner. They cleaned up after themselves and acted professional. The pool looks amazing and so do all the new lights. Dennis even convinced me to try out a copper based additive for my pool instead of the normal chlorine system I had used for 7 years that was decent. I have to say I am now a convert of the copper based system. My liner will end up lasting a bit longer, I save a little cash by going to copper system, and no more chlorine smell although you still need to shock the pool every 2 weeks with either a hypochlorite or similar shock. After the sell, Dennis contacted me several times to make sure everything was going well. He even continued to come out and check on my pool water to make sure it was balanced for several weeks after the job was done.Dennis and his company have exceeded my expectations both in terms of quality and price. I would recommend his company without any hesitation for both pool services and handyman services.
