Description of Work: Topped off Freon for the Air conditioner and heat pump the amount of Freon used to top it off appeared excessive,or I was overcharged. |The Air conditioner is working fine since it has been charged with Freon.

 + 0 moreIt went really well. They were very thorough. They discovered a natural gas leak, very small one and they fixed it with no charge at all. We expect them to come out here within a week or two to do spring maintenance.
Description of Work: 4 Seasons Heat & Air, Inc. did preventive maintenance, they come out twice a year, spring and fall.

 + -1 moreAfter having several companies quote on replacing the HVAC system at my home, I chose 4 Seasons. I previously used them for repairs, two neighbors had new systems installed by 4 Seasons (and were pleased) and 4 Seasons had the best ideas for replacing my system. 4 Seasons started on the day and time they said that they would and they finished the job the next day (as promised). They performed all work as quoted and cleaned up all construction waste. The new system is working as expected. I had good experiences with repairs (over the past few years) and with the installation of a new system and I highly recommend them.

 + -1 morePerfect. About 6 grand better than I was expecting.
Description of Work: He came out to give an estimate after another company assured me that I needed a new system. Before he looked at the system, he diagnosed our problem and then fixed the system for 50 bucks less than the other guys charged me and all they did was tell me I needed another system. He could have easily under bid and sold a new system to me. Instead, he did the right thing and probably still sleeps well at night.
