We contacted 3rd Rock Plumbing and had them to come out to see if they could resolve the problem. They immediately knew the problem that was with our water heater and they fixed that and issue was resolved. Will use them again for any of our plumbing issues.

Work was completed in a timely manner. Minimal time required to shut off water supply which was not an issue. All work appears to be very good quality. Tech also added a shutoff valve under house that will make it easier in the future to turn off water entering the house rather than finding and digging up the cutoff valve outdoors. This will be much more convenient in the future. Great job and I would definitely use 3rd Rock Plumbing again. I also highly recommend them to anyone that needs expert plumbing work done. 3rd Rock Plumbing was fast to respond and very professional. Fixed our leak quickly and correctly. We will certainly call them again when we have plumbing needs. The leak was fixed and some other issues were taken care of at the same time.

The guys were professional, honest, and helpful in explaining what they needed to do to repair it. They told me up front what the cost would be and stuck to that cost. They repaired the leak successfully and upgraded my shut-off valve, which I appreciated. I had a very old one that was difficult to turn. I will definitely use them again to replace a kitchen faucet and to put in a pressure reducing valve.

They called to let us know that they would not be able to make the scheduled time, but would be there by 9:30am. They arrived at this time and were very professional and nice. They got to work on the water pressure problem right away. Found the problem, fixed the problem. We have pressure!!!!! My husband was so excited that he forgot to remind them about the leak in the kitchen. He called the office and they came back to the house quickly and fixed that to. Price was very reasonable.

3rd Rock Plumbing did a great job! I had a nightmare experience the last time I hired a plumber, and this couldn't have went better. The first date we had scheduled, they ran into trouble at an earlier appointment, but instead of just delaying the info., they were proactive and called me to reschedule, knowing they would not make it in a timely manner. They arrived 10 minutes earlier than expected, and were out in less than an hour. They were very professional and I will definitely use them again when the need for a plumber arises.

I've used these guys twice and they are fantastic. They returned my call promptly and arrived when they said they would. They gave an estimate before starting work and kept the bill to that estimate. Everything worked properly when they left and I needed no call back. I will continue to use this company for all of my plumbing needs.

I've had this company do several jobs for me, and I can't say enough good things about them. They initially helped me install a new shower setup in the basement, which involved routing water lines, digging through the concrete slab to install new sewage lines, and sealing drains of the shower. I then had them fix a leak in an upstairs bathroom, which ended up being a fairly complex repair, but was finished in less than a day. Finally, I had them install a new tankless water heater to replace a leaking old water heater. All these jobs were completed quickly, professionally, and at a reasonable price. We couldn't be happier with their work. They are very easy to work with and I plan to use them again in the future!

First thing you notice when they come to your house is how professional and courteous everyone, especially the owner Jim, is. When I called them they worked with my schedule, and they were very friendly and knowledgeable on the phone; they were not at all pushy. Jim even sent a guy back out to extend a tap they had installed at no charge when the design was finalized. I would trust them to stand by their work.

Came on a Sunday morning, having informed me in advance that charges would have to be at time and a half (only reason for not giving a high score on price). Completed the entire repair in under an hour and then took time to start up the hot water tank system and check all associated piping connections. Very courtious and professional.

Very well. The team of two showed up on time and rapidly and professionally did the repairs. They went the extra mile to replace the worn flappers and new water lines. They cleaned up any water and left absolutely no mess. They were entirely professional and efficient. All repairs were well done. I will definitely use them again. I recommend them highly.

We had a stopped up bathroom (everything was backing up in a bathroom in a building separate from our house, and the sewer pipe is at least 100 feet from the septic bed with not much of an incline to it. One way or another, it got significantly plugged up with all the attendant unpleasantness. The guys showed up as promised within 5 business hours of the call (called at 4:30 pm on Wed, arrived by noon on Thu) and dealt with the issue. They did have to make a return journey to their shop because their usual snake wasn't long enough. They also went under the house and checked the pipe into the septic tank and discovered a possible issue with the septic tank. We followed up on that with the guys who pumped our septic tank (see review of Bumgarner Septic Services) who discovered an issue with the outgoing filter. The guys at 3rd Rock Plumbing could have just unclogged the pipe and gone on their way, but they went the extra mile to make sure everything was good, to try to understand why the pipe clogged in the first place, etc., and as a result, prevented what could have been a significant issue for our house (i.e. serious septic backup into our house).

Good lob but plumbing house cal should be 75-$90. ,not $140 too high

They were very professional. I called and they were out immediately. They did quality work and had a good price. They were great. I paid about $500 and that included creating a new line, all the inspections, and installing the stove.

Efficiently cleared tub and sink drains utilizing 2-foot long metal probe to pull out hair/debris. Plumber was courteous and knowledgeable. Work took ~ 1 hour to complete.
