Description of Work: Replace water pressure regulator and fixed toilet cistern

Description of Work: When the driver arrived, he knocked the awning off of my house, which landed on my stainless grill, breaking it. That's fine, accidents happen, but it's the way a company handles the accident, that defines their character. After finally deciding on a contractor, (my fault for taking a few weeks on that end), we used a friend of the owner's, and I thought all was going to be well. The work was shorty and unfinished, and I haven't been able to get him back out there. I decided the headache was worse than the damage, and just decided to give up. I was never compensated for the grill, nor was any even discussed with me, by the owner.

Description of Work: They seem very efficient. There's two men that came and are working together to fix leaking faucets. We have actually had them before about a year ago and they'd done such a good job and that's why we called them back again. I went back to Angie's List to make sure that they still had a good rating, and they did!

Description of Work: They unplugged my drain. I had tried unsuccessfully to unplug it myself. He showed me what I was doing wrong so I could unplug it next time! I would use them in the future. They were courteous and helpful. The price, as best I can recall seemed a little on the high side, but I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Toilet was not completely flushing. The technician used an auger to remove any debris and toilet has worked flawlessly ever since. The other toilets were checked during service call and had no issues. The tech arrived on time, promptly took care of issue and answered all my questions and offered preventative information.

Description of Work: Researched and repaired a water leak (turns out it was in one of the bathrooms).

Service providers were professional and courteous. They followed-up with a written "thank you". They suggested ways that I could avoid future problems.

Description of Work: Fixed leaky sink, installed a faucet in a second sink and corrected a water flow problem in the bathtub and shower.

Description of Work: I am a many times over customer. Jim and Mike have done several jobs for us including digging and installing a new water line, repairing a leak, installing a new toilet, and installing gas logs. We could not be more pleased with their work and professionalism.
