Because we had the model and dimensions of the existing heater and garbage disposal, it was easy to determine the proper replacements. The estimate was determined. Emails and phone calls worked well. Planet Plumbing asked for three days notice. When the next relative planned a visit, I was able to schedule an appointment. It all worked and was uneventful. As it turned out a pressure valve was also needed and a new part was installed within a couple of hours. The quality was good, too.

Was fine for a few weeks. Had to call them back out for same issue. They have fixed it again. Should be fine, or they can come back again. (Was a no charge the 2nd time)

I called for a technician to come out and give a quote expecting to get voicemail. Each time I called (due to problems on my part not his) the owner answered the phone immediately. He was able to come out the next day if needed, which was great. I was actually late for our appointment due to getting out of work later than expected and he was very understanding. I called on my way home to let him know I was running late and he graciously stayed at my home until I arrived. He clearly explained some things to me as we went through the home and told me what issues to look for. He even assured me that some things didn't need fixing like I had originally thought (which could have cost me more money I didn't need to spend). He promptly got back with me with a quote which was very reasonable. We haven't begun the work yet, but should be starting in the next week or so.

The experience was excellent, so good we are using the plumber to finish the plumbing in the basement of our new house. No complaints at all, A +.

I had no hot water. I called and talked to Jim. He said that since I understood the hot water heater I should try replacing the lower thermostat before having him come out. Problem solved. He gave me good advice even though it cost him a call. I'll call him for any plumbing problem that I can't handle!!

Service as it should be. I called them and was able to set up an appointment the next day. Jim arrived on time and was very professional--from wearing booties to cleaning up after performing work. They confirmed my problem and fixed the ring in the toilet. Priced fairly.

I called and scheduled an appointment a 5 business days ahead. I took the day off from work early to make sure I was there for them. Today when they were scheduled to perform the work I requested they were a no call no show. I called and got the answering service. I received a call back from the owner who told me they wouldn't be able to come out until Monday but when I asked him if he had ordered the part I had asked him to he said no he had dropped the ball on that too and there was no ETA given for when that part would be available which means the work wouldn't be able to be performed on Monday either. Today is Friday. We are at the point of needing the bathtub installed so we can complete other parts of the remodeling which now must be delayed. The sheet rock contractor is now waiting here stuck at a point where he couldn't do the work and I had to pay for his time to come out today. The tile installer was scheduled for tomorrow and now I will have to cancel that as well. The owner has cost me money, time, and frustration. I was offered no discount when I told the owner of these circumstances only "I'm sorry". I am really sorry I depended on his company. I won't make this mistake again.

It went great. The problem was the faucet leaked but it was an old brand and he wasn't sure how to repair it. Since I needed to replace it anyway I went and got a new one while Jim took the old one out. When I got back he installed the new in less than 30 minutes. And he disposed of the old one for me so I didn't have to do that. The price includes the new faucett plus his labor. I got his name off of this list based on previous reviews. I'm glad I did.

Jim was on site within an hour. Worked into the evening to finish the job. Very courteous and clean cut.

1. This went well overall, though cutting the subfloor was time consuming. 2. Did not have appropriate tool and had to return after purchasing appropriate tool. The new tool (now the right size) also did not work. Jim was eventually successful and took a little longer than expected. Note: He did not charge for the extra time. 3. Found reasonable filter system and two cartridges ($80.00) at supply store while purchasing appropriate tool for job #2. Notified me concerning the purchase and cost via email as discussed during first visit. *Jim was very prompt/on time. Actually 5 to 10 min early on first visit and right on time for second. I will definitely call Planet Plumbing for future plumbing needs!

Excellent. Jim arrived and immediately put on shoe covers before entering the house. Nice touch, and very respectful of keeping the floors and carpets clean. He was thorough in his investigation of my issues; the low water pressure could not be fixed without a significant home replumbing job of replacing pipes to upper floor with larger diameter which we opted not to do. He adjusted tank level in all toilets to get maximum flush volume and we have not had a toilet back up since. Replaced garbage disposal; left job to get a suitable but inexpensive disposal from local home center and installed it quickly. Very efficient, polite, neat, professional. Price very fair. Will always contact him first in the future.

Very well. All the other plumbers we had contacted either didn't show up or we never heard from again. He showed up and provided an estimate the next day. On the day before he was supposed to do the work one of his other customers had a septic tank problem. He called me and rescheduled. That's a courtesy I haven't gotten from other plumbers. On the second day he did the work as promised.

It went great, he was very courteous and professional. I am very happy with the results, the rocking toilet is solid, and the leak is gone. He caulked the toilets which looks nice and clean, a great job overall. He was also on time which is a great bonus.
