+ 1 moreMy experience is fine. I hadn't had any problems. The home phone is great and I have had the cell phone a long time. I have no reason to switch to anyone else. I had them for internet once and it was a disaster. They told me they had 4G capabilities, which they did not have. I was lied to and my service was never good. I ended up having to call the corporate office to have it disconnected and not be charged a termination fee. I got a refund back because it never worked right. It would freeze and they admitted I never had 4G service.
Description of Work: I use them for my home and cell phone. I have two cell phones with them, one is with data.

+ -1 moreI'm pleased with them as a cell phone carrier. They explained everything, and helped me transfer things over from one phone to another. My phone came in on time. My experience with them is really good. I will continue to use their services.

+ -1 moreVerizon promised excellent coverage. Had to return the phone within 2 days when I couldn't use it at apt. complex where I lived. Technician argued with me, showing me a map that indicated good coversage in my area. When I told him the name of my apt. complex he changed his tune, saying "oh no, you can't get reception THERE". Wasted alot of time and money when he could have told the truth in the beginning.
